Le camere erano spaziose e senza spazi, con grandi decorazioni e letti di letto grigi. Il buffet del colazione era delizioso, con una vasta gamma di opzioni! Il personale era attento e uscì dal loro modo per assicurarci che ci fosse comodo. Non c'era niente di troppo problema. Mi piace davvero questo hotel. È bello e spazioso È possibile fare molte attività e il personale può anche fornire un buon servizio. Il prezzo è ragionevole e può rendere la mia vacanza molto rilassante. Se c'è una possibilita', vorrei portare i miei amici e la mia famiglia per rimanere qui. Questo hotel è un hotel economico. E ci sono ufficiali che forniscono un buon servizio. Situato in un luogo facile da viaggiare. L'area all'interno dell'hotel è pulita. Mi piace davvero questo tipo di camera. In primo luogo, mi piaceva dalla foto, quindi ho prenotato una stanza qui. Ma quando sono arrivato, mi sono allettato perché il servizio qui è buono. Tutto il personale è carino e utile in ogni aspetto. Inoltre, il prezzo è ragionevole per l'alloggio, mi fa venire qui e rilassarmi in un giorno stanco.

Ho avuto una vista molto bella, ne sono molto felice. La stanza è pulita e carina. Il letto è così comodo, mi fa sentire così pigra, ho dormito così tanto haha. Il tetto è fantastico e la vista è stupenda.

Ci tornerei sicuramente in futuro. Il personale è molto disponibile e ti accoglie calorosamente. Sono molto amichevoli. Devi solo mandargli un messaggio WhatsApp. Il parcheggio è gratuito anche se hai già fatto il check-out Puoi parcheggiare e fare una passeggiata intorno al klcc. L'unica cosa che non mi soddisfa è l'arredamento della stanza. Ho chiesto che la stanza fosse decorata perché il suo anniversario e il suo compleanno cadono lo stesso giorno. La vista sulla città dalla stanza non è quella che stavi cercando. La vista è bloccata da tutti gli edifici e la fa sentire limitata.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was nice, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for our stay. The hotel offers valet parking for RM10, which was convenient, especially given the location right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We had easy access to local attractions and the bustling city vibe. One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the KL Tower. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a slice of cake from the hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The only downside was that, at night, we could hear some noise from the nearby bar, but it wasn’t too disruptive for us. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Recentemente sono rimasto a JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur e ho avuto un'altra fantastica esperienza. Dopo aver soggiornato qui prima, continuo a apprezzare la comodità invincibile della sua posizione diretta nel cuore di Bukit Bintang, con facile accesso a shopping, cena e intrattenimento. Uno dei migliori aspetti di questo soggiorno è stato il valore incredibile. Ho prenotato attraverso Trip.com e ho assicurato un tasso che era più di $150 meno di altri siti di prenotazionean assoluto rubo per un hotel di lusso di questo standard. La stanza stessa era spaziosa, offrendo molta comodità e un ben designato sistemazione che rendeva il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In generale, JW Marriott KL rimane la scelta migliore per me, e in futuro sarò certamente di ritorno. Molto consigliato per il suo valore, comodità e grandi camere confortevoli!

Excellent Stay once again, The Ritz never failed to deliver. We had an amazing Valentines Day celebration and stay at the Ritz. The only thing I felt could have been improved was the Wi-Fi signal strength and speed. Our room 1715 manage to get between 1-3 bar intermittently and it caused a lot of disruption as there were no 4G/5G signal in our room. Also there were pest (cockroach) in the buffet area and we reported it. That was very disturbing and disgusting. It just shows how YTL manages their business and trey their guest.

Everything was good. Breakfast decent range of food. There was 2 feedback I gave in checkout and that was the cigarette smell in my bathroom after returning from breakfast & the WiFi that was connected but ”No Internet Connection” on my last morning from 730am onwards. Otherwise everything was great.

Commended for its charming atmosphere, convenient location. Praised for its friendly staffs from the Club lounge on the 18th Floor. Clean room and delicious breakfast, dinner and White wine. Will definitely come back!

Checked into KL SL during Christmas holidays with my parents. My mother had a lot of ”insect” bite on days 1. She thought it was mosquito bites. On 2nd night she fled pain at the neck's area, woke up and scratched. She found a small red bug on her pillow. Smashed the bug and with blood stained the pillow. Immediately searched the bedding and found another tiny dark color bug. Reported to duty manager next day after we back from outing . The duty manager stated the hotel will investigate. Though been offered to change room, my parent turned down as we had to wake up at 4:30am and catch transport to KL international airport.. Today my parent received the feed back email which just mention hotel investigation found bug issue outcome is ”negative” only without addressing ”guest concern” . The worst part was dining experience at its ”Authur's Bar and Grill.” We all ordered steaks . I ordered medium rare which was fully cooked. My parents ordered medium which also fully cooked. I had my steak returned and re-stressed ”medium rate” . When the 2nd serve steak came it was ”RARE” . One thing we noticed when cut the steak the flesh color was white. (Suspect the steak was poorly de-frosted) Gave up! My parents spoke with the waiter who served us on our discontent with its cooking quality. At the end I notice my dad still paid the waiter 50 RMB tips. For me ,will not pick KL Shangri-la should we visit Malaysia again.
