超級差評，千萬別住。 1.check in: 馬來人接待，限制checkin時間下午3點-晚上8點，衹能在規定時間辦理入住，辦理入住時候態度較差，懷疑仇華心態。 2.checkout: 接待處説是早上9點運營，如圖，結果checkout不順利。 3.left luggage: 預訂時酒店描述説有行李寄存服務，checkout當天微信問酒店對接人説可以寄存，實際check out的時候説要錢，每件好像10馬幣，這時我肯定問攜程什麼情況，中間2分鐘時間他又離開了接待處，攜程説可以為我們報銷寄存費用，這時微信和他説我們可以付費寄存，他回覆説 are you kidding me？服務態度極差，最後帶着行李奔波一天，但攜程還是負責任地承擔了些費用。 4.environment: 兩個房間都沒有窗，差評。衞生和設施就是民宿的情況。

最大的特色就是51樓的泳池了，超級無敵，雙子塔完全無遮擋 並非酒店，所以沒啥服務，房間非常非常大，説是公寓感覺更像民宿

酒店確定訂單後沒有任何人聯繫，到酒店樓下後通過平台才説要發郵件確認，而且通過微信平台諮詢説當天已經沒有房間，等待1個小時都沒有人發郵件也沒有人確認。為了拍雙子塔夜景，當時時間已經晚上9點多，10點鐘游泳池就會關門，無奈之下衹能換一家酒店。體驗感很不好，不建議選這家。而且現在退款還不給退，大家注意避坑

Fabulous location right beside the Pavillion shopping center.. within walking distance. The room we rented was spotless and modern. It had everything you would need including a washing machine. It has spectacular views of the Petronas towers. I would highly recommend this stay. The pool is heated intermittently and Thess does it does not seem to be consistent. There was also a very odd group that would come to the pool every night in bikinis for the purpose of instagram pictures. Loads of them. They were even getting annoyed about being splashed by kids because they were busy posing. One even accidentally while posing knocked our towel into the water
