La posizione dell'hotel era comoda, con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, e la camera in sé era decente. Tuttavia, la pulizia era molto deludente. La prima camera in cui ho fatto il check-in aveva uno scarafaggio, quindi ho chiesto di cambiarla. La seconda camera che mi è stata assegnata non utilizzava una chiave magnetica ma una vecchia chiave, che mi è sembrata poco sicura. Inoltre, il pavimento era unto, la tenda non riusciva a coprire completamente la finestra e l'asciugamano era giallastro. A causa di questi problemi, non mi sentivo a mio agio a continuare il mio soggiorno lì.

Walking distance from Pudu LRT station… nearby have few eateries but no mall or convenience store… request early check-in for 40minutes but need to pay to do that… so go to resto nearby to eat plus drink with aircon also RM20… Clean toilet but room small… Next day can go to a hawker Center with many local food… which was infront of the Indian Temple…

Air conditioning is not very cold. Overall is still good. Some unpleasant smells on pillows.

Upon checking in, we have to deposit 50RM as per hotel policy. But, they didn’t as I just booked for one day and it was nearly to check out time upon arrival to Hotel because of Bus delay from Singapore. Supposed to check out by 12pm but I checked out at 2pm and just charged 30RM. Room is a quite big and clean, no smell, provided iron and ironing board, but there is no dryer. Hotel receptionist is very friendly and very polite to us so we can say that this is the best ever hotel in this price.
