I had unpleasant experiences. First and foremost , hotel check in isn’t a seamless experience where need to wait till receptionist turn out after one hour break . Next, was the door locked was malfunctioned ! Which was definitely UNACCEPTABLE! We were told it was king bed but ended with twin bed joint ! The worst part is of all THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ROOM SERVICE IF YOUR STAY NOT MORE THAN 3 DAYS. They are not ready to even change the towel at least . I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANTED A PEACEFUL STAY WITH NO STRESS . THE FRONT DESK DOESN’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO EASE THE SITUATION AND DEFINITELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

The room smelled weird, the bedsheets were dusty, the room fan was not working, the TV cable was not connected, the toilet ceiling was leaking and the sofa was dirty

Booking for 3person, but towel only 2pc. And no refill water. Too many rules🙃, even no cleaning service

Amazing short stay at D majestic, i can say this place is worth more than the price given. rooftop amenities are really amazing, you can swim while watching city views like 118 and Twin tower, Menara KL as well. I went on the trip on Thursday and jts not crowded at all. One thing to note on was the counter service as they only operate till 6pm. If you are late to checkin, there might be no one to help you to pass the keys. And the deposit is slightly expensive at the price of RM200 compared to most hotel which only asks for RM50-100 deposit. And you must take note if the trash bag is full, you need to throw it yourself otherwise they won’t refund the deposit to you. Overall everything was nice, i would really give 4.3/5 for this short stay! Definitely come again.

Recommended for staycation with friends. Request minta bilik with city view. Memang cantik ya. View pagi view petang sangat2 cantik.

It is very easy to find the hotel, close by to the pudu station, many places where to eat and a mall with supermarket. The apartment is little damage of use, the mattress is quite old but all is totally worth it! All is working perfect! The pool is also amazing. Will book again over and over, my deposit was back immediately to mu bank account

Super clean room 🩵 within 15 minutes walk of the shopping mall "Sungei Wang Plaza". This apartment, set in Bukit Bintang with dry cleaning, wake-up calls and ironing as well as cars for rent, offers fitness classes and a sauna🌆

Requested for booking cancellation due to work itenanary changes but place owner didn’t want to cancel. Very unprofessional.

Staying this hotel many time already. Best price with big room Good facilities especially the rooftop environment very nice . Swimming poor gym room & restaurant view is super nice can see TRX tower/ twin tower / 118tower . For the room condition not all is good , some room the TV cannot work.depends your luck .

Nice family stay

There are many D’ Majestic hotels in this area. This particular one is near an MRT station, but taking an Uber is much better because the MRT/train takes too long. We arrived at night, took the key, and entered a huge room, only to find a cockroach waiting for us. I informed the staff about the cockroach, and they said they would help us the next morning, but no one ever came until we checked out. There was a bad smell throughout the room that made it uncomfortable to breathe. I requested a room change for the next day since we couldn't stand the smell, but they never responded. Later, we discovered that the smell came from the toilet, which got worse at midnight. It was creepy. The toilet and shower shared a single door, and it seemed like two rooms were combined into one with only one door. We kept the toilet door closed to contain the smell, but it still lingered. We ended up using the toilet at the swimming pool and showering without a door. The bathtub also lacked walls and a door. The place felt eerie and unsettling.i
