Overall Ok with the price. Comfortable for solo travel.

Having a high expectation but getting a hell like experience 1st thing to complement is to the service solution due to my late checkin request thumbs up for that, management is nice to provide solution and talk to. Environment is nice based on the design and concept. And for the guy helping manage for the plants friendly and nice to talk to Now on the serious part: The hygiene is definitely bad, theres blood stain on the pillow, Towels is black and grey, hairs everywhere on the floor and the bed, bottle is not clean and replaced, all those proof and picture is posted below for reference. Because of the nature environment its a plus btw, just 1 thing is mosquitoes its swarm not just couple of them they come in swarm ! Thumbs down for that Due to management stated, check in only before 6 otherwise theres be no person at the lobby during night consider it for the location ill give a 3star for the safety theres a huge hole that allow 2person to climb in if they want . I checked out directly on the 1st night even though i booked for 2 nights I think this is all the thing i can say.

jauh gile beza gambar dhn realiti..sampai je first skali,kalau siang mmng payah nk cri parking..decoration lobby ok laa,tapi time sampai dieorng tengah cleaning..ok laa..checkin je first skali lift rosak ye..ingat kejap yer..2 mlm check in 2 malam ni laa rosak..haduii..pastu sampai je bilik..tengok koridor mcm bangunan tak siap..+ bilik sye hujung skali yg di sertakan mop mop penyaph luar bilik..serius mcm bangunan tak siap..masuk bilik...aduh bau alamak tuan...teruk gile...toilet hadui..sampai kene beli pewangi sendiri..inform fo die suruh kemas balik,kotor sangat n that smell omg..but still same je!!!!no worth it..

Quite near to MITEC, Reasonable price Decent room condition, except for water not flowing to sewer due to design issue. Restaurant no longer operates. Reception only operates until 7pm, poses issues for late check ins.

整體感受很好，環境不錯，服務態度非常友善。 電視出現的小問題有幫我們處理，還附上特殊要求的Hdmi線，覺得很暖心。 我們的房間偏窄，雖然沒有椅子但使用上沒有太大問題，可以接受的。冷氣對著床頭，可能會很冷稍微注意。 Btw, My laptop sleeps well~
