Il PEGGIOR soggiorno in un appartamento con servizi in oltre 20 anni di esperienza di viaggio. L'intera unità (situata al 53° piano) era avvolta da un odore nauseabondo proveniente da un bagno. Il bidet si è rotto all'improvviso e l'acqua schizzava ovunque in un altro bagno! Che sfortuna!! L'unica cosa soddisfacente è la posizione, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale TRX.

Fai attenzione a questo amministratore, userà piccoli metodi per frodare e verrai multato se non stai attento. Fortunatamente, hanno scattato delle foto quando hai fatto il check-in. Ricordati di scattare prima le foto. Quando hai fatto il check-out, ti hanno detto che la lampadina era rotta e che dovevi pagarla. Non hanno paura che tu vada a vedere, ma hanno paura che tu abbia delle prove prima di fare il check-in. Quando ho mostrato loro che la lampadina era rotta prima di fare il check-in, si sono subito scusati e mi hanno restituito rapidamente la cauzione. L'ambiente del check-in è buono, l'ascensore è veloce, ma non riesco a dormire bene. Ci sono molti rumori di polizia al mattino

Finora tutto bene, posizione elegante, vista sulla città ma il bagno ha un odore sgradevole. Nel complesso è buono per il mio viaggio, comodo per raggiungere a piedi trx e pavilion kl.

Il servizio clienti era pessimo, molti non rispondevano.

I also had the chance to try the on-site restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend dormeo. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

1. When book photos and details show as double single bed but when we checked in we received this kind of bed. This consider as extra bed. I told to the check in PIC, he said no unit available to change. I make a complaint to the trip cs, the property said i should complaint earlier during my check in. So confusing because i did complaint early during my check in. 2. The key provided only one, i had my kids in the apartment with carer and they need to fetch me after i finished meeting at the lobby. 3. When my friend left the unit for jogging/to convenient store the electricity keep shut down. We need to wake up and press the button few times. Such a troublesome.

The house is ok compare to KL location the price is still acceptable, need to maintain well

Extremely good and Central location Very close to KLCC, Mall, convenience stores, 7/12 and restaurants Good Spacious Service Apartments with all amenities - big TV, Ac's throughout the apartment, queen beds, etc Only negative part is that they do not have a receptionist with lobby which is actually not a too bad Go for it

This building is huge. Our apartment smells like cigarettes and we had to leave the windows open. Check in and check out process is quite a hassle. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. Amazing views from 60th floor and it’s not not near TRX by foot. For the price of it, it’s ok to stay in the city.

Asked for towels, but they said it's not office hour. it's hard to reach for the receptionist. I had to wait so long to check out.

Everything was good 👍🏻 Nice view. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and fast response. Only that the smell from the toilet drain was very bad. Hope you can settle with the building maintenance.
