Posizione strategica Facile accesso Bello e accogliente

La camera da letto è piuttosto piccola per persone piuttosto alte anche per me (171 cm), a volte sbattevo accidentalmente la testa contro il soffitto 😂. Va tutto bene, anche la sicurezza è molto severa e piuttosto feroce 🤔. La piscina è piuttosto bella e anche la palestra è fornita. Le camere da letto sono piuttosto calde perché sono senza condizionatore d'aria, ma il condizionatore d'aria scorre solo dal soggiorno, quindi penso che il design sia piuttosto pessimo a meno che non installino 2 condizionatori d'aria. Ma la camera da letto include un mini ventilatore elettrico. Nel complesso un'esperienza piuttosto piacevole e la posizione abbastanza strategica perché collegata alla LRT Bangsar.

Everything is good. But the main door lock is broken. You can open the main door directly without scanning the access card. This makes me feel unsafe when I leave the house. This apartment is very close to bangsar LRT station and only 1 station away from kl sentral. I am not happy with the trip.com app, it never shows the hidden cleaning fee correctly and it is not included in the total fee when you pay by credit card. You only know that when you pay, it will show a big letter that you need to pay 35 ringgit cleaning fee. I think the trip.com app needs to show more details when guests pay

Towel is stain badly and when informed the person she just yold me wont charge me the towel for stain??? Arent you suppose to replace a clean towel?. The whole condo floor is sticky. They provide snack but didnt put the price list next to it or informed upon check in, only to charge you extra upon check-out. Dont mind paying for minibar if its mention earlier. Feel cheated.. anyway, will never book this company again. First and last.

Spacious and comfortable. Suitable for families and groups of friends. Everything are good just a small feedback on living sofa. The material a little bit rough and itchy.

Basic apartment has nothing luxury about the unit, so don't expect too much. The overall experience is good purely because the location is convenient and security is good. Sound proof can be better, at night you can hear people talking or walking in the walk way. Nothing wow tbh

room were great clean and green surrounding area for food are easy to find

For a family staycation, it doesn't feel quite comfortable with facilities and amenities provided. The kitchen isn't suitable for cooking or reheating food. The microwave not functioning well. If someone's travel alone might be feasible, but dining options have to cross a bridge, amenities are not provided, and tooth brush has to be paid, not really recommended, Please read a review from previous traveller, too many negative comments.

Superb location as is just a station away from KL Sentral. Overall was good!

For a place that calls itself ‘luxury suites’ it’s not luxurious at all, it’s basically a service apartment. The food at Bontanica + Co was amazing tho.
