La camera da letto è piuttosto piccola per persone piuttosto alte anche per me (171 cm), a volte sbattevo accidentalmente la testa contro il soffitto 😂. Va tutto bene, anche la sicurezza è molto severa e piuttosto feroce 🤔. La piscina è piuttosto bella e anche la palestra è fornita. Le camere da letto sono piuttosto calde perché sono senza condizionatore d'aria, ma il condizionatore d'aria scorre solo dal soggiorno, quindi penso che il design sia piuttosto pessimo a meno che non installino 2 condizionatori d'aria. Ma la camera da letto include un mini ventilatore elettrico. Nel complesso un'esperienza piuttosto piacevole e la posizione abbastanza strategica perché collegata alla LRT Bangsar.

For a place that calls itself ‘luxury suites’ it’s not luxurious at all, it’s basically a service apartment. The food at Bontanica + Co was amazing tho.

We saw a cockroach once we reach the stay. No free parking with extra RM20 charges. Be aware that the mineral water also will be charge. City View is ok.

Great place to stay if you are a solo traveller and wanted to stay somewhere near to KL and Bangsar. Toilet and shower were just OK, hot water was not really working well. However, i wish season pass for parking would be alot cheaper.

One of the worst "hotel" experiences I've ever had. Concierge is very rude upon arrival, brashly asked us multiple times what our room number is. Why would we know our room number, if we had just arrived? They also wanted to charge us to drop my bags at Concierge as I arrived at 1pm, ahead of the check-in time of 3pm. There's also 2 different deposits to pay - one at the Concierge and one with your "Host" at this establishment. It's all quite confusing. The room is adequately clean at a glance, but my skin felt itchy on the bedsheets. The water pressure is abysmal, along with the temperature. It's hot and cold and then hot then cold. Sink was quite gross as well. There's no stopper, so if you drop anything in the sink, good luck to you. Would not recommend this place, even though our host Ms Farzana was professional, accommodating and helpful.

From the reviews I guess the ceiling in the loft is low for anyone taller than 1.75. Other than that I can find no fault from our guest agent to security. Convenient to get to the lrt and convenience stores

Samsul, the manager has been helpful and service is good. Recommended. The billing, car parking and deposit process is a PITA though- Could be better streamlined for more convenience to guests.

The large window really enhances the feature of the unit. Having said that, I had a bad experience of checking when: 1. the host failed to inform me about fees at the reception, and 2. the passcode for the door was working. It was a small quarrel between the host and the reception and it could be avoided if this information made it clear on early on. However, I appreciated the smooth effort made by the host to rectify the issue with the passcode.
