Adoro i dettagli del personale, dato che abbiamo prenotato per festeggiare. 🎉 (1) Check-in: c'era una lunga fila, ma siamo riusciti a fare il check-in facilmente. La hall è un po' piccola per la folla, meglio fare il check-in in anticipo. La stanza è stata pronta in fretta grazie alla selezione della stanza. (2) Unico: ho prenotato il Reading Loft, che era unico e divertente, a dire il vero. Era un posto di ritrovo/hotel. Sembra carino nelle foto e nell'estetica! (3) Pulizia: questo è stato difficile perché l'hotel ha un tema in cemento nudo, il che significa che è difficile da mantenere. C'erano macchie sul soffitto e sul muro, ma andava comunque bene. (4) Rumore: le pareti sono sottili, con il loft possiamo sentire se il livello superiore sale/scende. (5) Zanzare: piuttosto fastidiose all'inizio, ma migliorano dopo un po'. Tutto sommato, è un hotel unico che puoi provare 🎉

La posizione è molto comoda, vicino a TRX Ma non c'era spazio quando sono andato lì, ho chiesto due volte di aggiornare la mia stanza

Direi che la posizione è molto buona, in quanto è letteralmente tra TRX e Bukit Bintang. Ho anche provato a camminare fino al KLCC a causa del forte ingorgo notato in giro (se non ti dispiace, la distanza è un po' lunga, ma comunque più veloce di quanto ci si possa imbottigliare) MA, NON TORNERÒ MAI PIÙ in questo hotel. Valutato 2/5 per il servizio a causa della pessima insonorizzazione!!! A parte i lavori in corso nella zona, c'è musica ad alto volume proveniente dal ristorante lì vicino, probabilmente fino a mezzanotte, alle 2 di notte!! Non riusciamo a riposare bene e si sente anche ogni singolo veicolo che passa lungo la strada, persino l'abbaiare dei cani e il miagolio dei gatti. Quindi, a dire il vero, hanno davvero bisogno di fare qualcosa nella loro insonorizzazione.

Location wise is perfect! Come on the weekend so you get to visit market for food hunting just across the street. Cleanliness wise is utterly disappointing , found a mug with lipstick stain. Also the sound proof is below average. We couldnt sleep the whole night because of the noise from outside.

Location is good ,TRX and Pavilion are just in walk distance,delicious food is all around . Breakfast is a surprise for us even though just 2 choices,but is a good start for a day, the coffee. We stay at 2 floors room, but the air conditioner control of the upper floor is located at lower floor wall,we need to go down stairs at midnight to change temperature 😂

The service was excellent—staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, close to everything I needed. However, the soundproofing could be improved as noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was quite noticeable. Overall, a good experience if you're not too sensitive to noise.

It’s in a good location, near to all the restaurants and food. But walking to them, will go thru some road with lesser people. There are lots of parking around, but paid parking. Breakfast is good and amenities were great. Comfy bed If you park in hotel, they will charge RM20 with 2 exit. If you park outside, the operators will charge you RM10 per entry. I was almost scammed by the operator outside as he saw I came out of hotel, and he wanted RM20. Please only gave RM10. Dun be fooled by him.

Nice & chic Inn for a relaxing staycation . Varieties of restaurants & foods in the surrounding neighbourhoods. On top of that , access to TRX mall & MRT station just within 5mins walking from the hotel. Overall I like the vibe of the hotel & modern room ambience . The only negative side is the yellow 🚾 stained .Perhaps cleaner can try pour 100ml bleach(Clorox) + 1tbsp of soda bicarbonate into 🚾,, leave the solution for 1/2hours at least . Stubborn stained might need to repeated few washes to get rid of it . Hehe … I am not promoting anything here !

Modern room and very nice view city and very near with TRX mall and MRT station.only less than 3 minute walk from hotel. Very easy access and the staff very helpful and so kind to customer

When I checked in, I was greeted by this Indian lady who wasn’t the friendliest. But during my check out, this Malay lady’s customer service deserves a compliment. She was very approachable and helpful. In fact, she gave me a free tote bag because my room was infested with ants on the second day. Room wise, I got upgraded to a loft so that’s nice. Very aesthetically pleasing. Personally, I don’t like how I have to climb up and down just to head to the washroom at night since it’s 2 storeys. The smart Tv didn’t work at all. I love the view of TRX, it was perfect. The room was clean and pristine. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary. Just good. But the restaurant was quite cramped! Hotel located opposite a nasi kandar stall which opens 24 hours so that’s really convenient!

However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The soundproofing in the rooms was inadequate, as I could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. Additionally, the shower area could use some enhancements—the shower blinds didn’t effectively block water from splashing, leaving the toilet area wet after every use. Despite these minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly atmosphere and great breakfast offerings. With a few improvements, it could be an even better experience.
