Terrible, have cockroaches everywhere, even near the bed. 

The house and rooms are of decent size. Whenever there is a request, it is quickly attended to. Pool and gym are great. Check in and out process is convenient. Only thing the cleanliness can be improved. Will opt to stay here again.

Overall the apt is good. TV don’t work though except YouTube and or Netflix. No other programs are available, this is bad. The parking lot is high and up. And cannot be changed since it’s tag to the room. Definitely still an apt worth considering because of its location

The house is clean and spacious. The location is great, near city center and there is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy groceries and dine in as their dining table is big and comfortable enough. We ordered food and eat at home comfortablely. Their tv can connect to netflix or Spotify. Check in is fast and easy but it is at their office in the parking lot. Our grab driver refuse to drop up at the parking lot but the guard at lobby is kind enough to bring us up. Overall a great and comfortable stay.

I stayed here because a friend of mine lives here. The rooms are differently luxurious. Reception is on the third floor of the car park. If you contact them via Watsup, you can be assured of an immediate response. It's neither acceptable nor unacceptable.

I love all the vibes here.

All the floors are dusty, even inside the toilet. Toilet also not clean, seems didn't even wash after the last stay.

In good conditions. Like the wide window at the living room. Can see Genting highlands

Easy check in and check out procedures. Host easily contactable on WhatsApp. Very good and clean room.

Got a fantastic room rate and tried out for one night. Spacious room, comfortable, offers a good stay for a big family or group of friends who would want to dine in, do laundry n chat. TV has no network, so please find your own entertainment. Free parking for one car per room. Will go again when a room to stay for 3 nights at a very affordable rate is needed, to have more spending power on meals and shopping at malls.

It was a great stayed in this apartmemt. The unit was so spacious and also the location was so strategic. Just little thing that got me upset was when i need a favour to check for my left over parcel as i forgotten to take it with me, the last replied said will update me back yet till today no update. Overall, everything was okay and for the big group of families it really recommended..
