Our rooms are generally kept clean, and while your expectations are quite specific and high, we always strive to meet your needs.As for the luggage storage fee, this is set by the building management, not by us. It was clearly stated on the platform before you made your reservation. If our services do not fully meet your needs, you may choose another hotel that suits you better.During your stay, you requested a late check-out. Although we offered a discount, you attempted to use a review as leverage to request a free extension. This approach is inappropriate and unethical.Additionally, some other issues you raised during your stay, such as the need to check out early because your mother was ill or urgently requiring the deposit for a taxi, caused us considerable inconvenience. We sincerely hope that in the future, when booking a hotel, you will carefully read the booking rules to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and unpleasant experiences. We also kindly ask that you make reasonable requests and be considerate of others.
