Location is strategic at Sri Hartamas and within the distance to restaurants, banks, shops and entertainment centres.
Checking in and out was easy but waiting time could be a bit long as there's only one staff manning the counter.
Room was large as it's a studio. Bed was comfortable with good water pressure and air-conditioning was good.
Parking is complimentary.
A comfortable stay which I shall return.

新造不久的酒店，這次在吉隆坡5晚住的都是它，先拉來説説缺點：
我們下榻酒店那晚已經12點多，在酒店門口下車後，一位黑膚色的保安人員（不是馬來就是印度人），上來開口就問我是誰、叫什麼名字，我當時非常無語，我們帶着小孩大老遠過來，而且提前一個月就預訂了你們酒店，至少讓我們先進大堂，在前台辦理入住，這是起碼的尊重和服務吧，然後在前台辦理時，這位保安一直用懷疑的態度和蹩腳的英文詢問我，讓我感覺非常不舒服，之前我在國內還特地打電話到酒店用英文確認，表示我們可能到的比較晚，當時前台人員説沒有問題，所以這點讓我非常不滿。
另外酒店是每兩天打掃一次，如果你是入住3人以上，建議考慮清楚，因為床單毛巾等這些都不是每天更換，對於我們來説是不太能接受的。當然還有地理位置離市中心有一段距離，如果你用Grab出行建議提前15-20分鐘打車，否則很可能等待時間很長甚至打不到車。
優點是環境和設備，我們訂的是家庭套房，房間裏設備齊全，風景也很好，8樓還有無邊游泳池，親子度假是不錯的選擇，周邊有KK和711等，還有很多美食餐廳，雖然不如市中心繁華，但也算比較便利，性價比還算可以。
最後建議酒店對大堂人員，尤其是當地保安的服務態度多加培訓。

這家服務式住宅飯店位置一流，附近什麼吃喝的都有！我們特別想向前台服務生”俊彥”致以最誠懇的道謝！原因是在我們入住的其中一晚開車回到飯店門口才輪軚爆了，而且當時還是在下雨，我們完全不懂怎麼辨，只好求助於當時在前台值班的俊彥，他二話不說就立馬幫忙我們換輪軚，而且過程當中的一波三折他都完全幫忙解決了，真的真的太感謝您了🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻一定會再次回來住！
