Great surprise! I’ve booked this hotel for conveniency due to its location and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I didn’t have much of expectations from a more “tour-like” tourism hotel but actually from service to the structure to everything it was just a pleasant surprise after another. Luo Ren Ling has been very kind and helpful with all the housekeeping related issues, as well as Cindy Lin at the front desk which has been very helpful and professional during the many times I’ve asked her help. Nice stay, I might be back if traveling again for business in this part of Sanya.

We are happy about our trip, because of Cindy Lin. She is the best hostes. She did a lot of help for us, decided all our problems. She is very professional and kind person. Hotel is also good, water pool is awesome, lobby and general view is perfect.

This was our second time at this hotel, and we are never disappointed. The staff and facilities are always above expectations. We would love to give Ezra a special thanks for helping us out and making sure our stay was extra special. Recommend this hotel, especially if you have kids.

We had a great time at this hotel. We went for a friends birthday and they upgraded our rooms. The bath tub was lovely!

The hotel has excellent quality and offer a good value for the money. We had a spacious room towards the mountain and it was quiet at night so you could leave the window open. The breakfast was delicious and everything else was pleasant. Cindy, the lady at the reception, was very helpful, and made us feel comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stat at this hotel. The location is right next to the bay and had a nice view from my hotel. The food was ok. They had variety of options. The room was a little small but still comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The staff was very helpful with helping us to find different locations with fun activities. The hotel is also close to beach and town area. There were nice restaurants which made traveling very convenient.

Modern hotel, clean, comfy rooms. Very friendly staff. Receiption guy Ezra Wei speaks English good and he helped us with changing rooms. Clean swimming pool. We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Stayed in the suite with harbor view and it was fantastic! You can watch the sunrise from the balcony 🌤️ Staff are very helpful too - special mention of 服务员小石 - who helped us to get 502 superglue to fix my hubby’s broken slipper 💜 The hotel is located near Lu Hui Tou attraction, which is a lovely place for sunset too 🍹

I always enjoy my stay at Wingate . The staff is friendly, and. helpful . The service is immaculate , not to to mention the delicious breakfast ( which has a variety western and Chinese options ) The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach and duty free mall. The location is great . It’s close to bars and the beach ( if you enjoy the night life ). The ambience at the pool is superb! With options for afternoon tea and Chinese bbq.

Beautiful hotel with lots of cool art around, amazing service. The room was extremely spacious, modern and clean. The pool is lovely too.
