Inizialmente abbiamo dovuto fare 2 giri prima di trovare il segnale a 8 Kia Peng. Quando prendiamo le chiavi all'appartamento (dopo aprire i miei occhi per aprire la casella di posta perché il dial è troppo piccolo), siamo felici di trovare il posto pulito e pulito. Perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di un giorno! La vista delle Twin Towers è anche grande. Probabilmente il proprietario può lasciare alcuni pacchetti di tè, caffè e zucchero! Salvaci il disturbo di scendere a Seven-11 per ottenere!!

The hotel was so perfect! It has a lot of basic needs such as microwave,extra utensils and some pots and pants.There are 2 tvs too..1 in the bedroom and another one in the living room.It has a lot of channels and even hbo.The pool's great too,it's very big and has a klcc view which is perfecr for relaxing.Overall all the facilities are good and everything are very clean!

Prenotato la stanza con vista delle Twin Towers. La stanza era sorprendente! È il mio secondo soggiorno qui. Il momento in cui aprite la porta, le luci + aircondition + TV è automatico! Non è necessario chiudere la scheda per attivare le strutture della stanza. La colazione inizia da 6.30am e la diffusione è stata anche sorprendente! Da stazione di live teh tarik alla stazione di live roti canai. Sicuramente tornerà di nuovo, anche il servizio è stato di punta.

Impiana is strategically located in the KLCC area. It is easily accessible and so near to UOA building which we have a training session. Is about 3 minutes walking distance. Their high speed WiFi is Perfect for business and leisure travellers. Anyway, the lighting is not suitable for those who stay there for training. It’s a bit romantic and sleepy. During weekdays, there are many places to get food. You can go to Bank Islam Meda Selera, Café at UOA building and a few food stall new the hotel. But, when weekend, you to walk a little bit far to get food i.e, you hove to walk about 10-15 minutes to KLCC area to get food. Which is not bad. Anyway, you also can purchase with the hotel itself, but a bit pricy.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Albergo bello buffet colazionr spettacolare. Petronas raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti. Vicino alla red line quindi comodo anche arrivando dall'aeroporto. Consigliato.

Sebbene la prenotazione dell'hotel fosse costosa, l'ho fatta tramite trip com, secondo i precedenti La prenotazione mostrava due letti o 1 letto grande Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho detto che volevo 1 letto grande, hanno detto che non sarebbe stato possibile, ho scritto a Trip Coma, non ho avuto risposta, le opzioni per la colazione sono pochissime e sono molto scontrosi.

Hotel enorme nel centro di Kuala Lumpur. Strutture superbe con un centro commerciale sotto / annesso. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Bella piscina, con un ristorante italiano a fianco. Executive bar all'ultimo piano (34) C'è molto da fare dentro e intorno all'hotel. Se vuoi un taxi scarica l'app Grab è geniale. La colazione è ottima e soddisfa tutte le nazionalità, probabilmente la migliore che abbia mai avuto. Le torri Petronas sono a 20 minuti a piedi. Il personale è adorabile ed educato. Felice di tenere i bagagli se parti più tardi nel corso della giornata.

Ottimo! Fino ad ora il miglior hotel a Kuala Lumpur. Il colazione è ben preparata con una varietà decente di cibo. La vista sulla zona di pranzo è magnifica. La stanza è molto ben mantenuta e la manutenzione è ben fatto. La qualità della mattress era grande e nessun backup dopo la sveglia 👍 Il personale è molto gentile e sempre benvenuto con il benvenuto caldo. Il servizio è eccellente. Location and Accessibility: The strategic location of Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur, situated in the heart of the city center and adjacent to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, contributed significantly to the unparalleled accessibility to major attractions. Being able to explore key tourist spots on foot, coupled with the abundance of convenience stores and delightful eateries nearby, made my stay exceptionally convenient. Customer Service: Without a doubt, the highlight of my stay was the impeccable customer service. From the moment of check-in, Ms. Neoxuan's exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression. She not only warmly celebrated my birthday during check-in but also dedicatedly explained every aspect of the hotel's facilities, including the pool. Her thoughtful guidance enabled me to make the most of the hotel's amenities. Additionally, the delightful anniversary cake she arranged added a sweet touch to the beginning of my journey. Despite minor issues that arose during my stay, Ms. Neoxuan and Mr. Shazarique handled them with utmost professionalism, resolving each concern with remarkable efficiency. Their profound understanding of hospitality truly shone through, ensuring my comfort until the moment I checked out. I extend my sincere gratitude to both of them, and I intend to share this commendable experience with Four Seasons headquarters in Canada. Facilities and Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of facilities, including a pool and spa, that elevate the overall experience. Enjoying a delicious breakfast on the 6th floor with a breathtaking view of the park was an unforgettable experience. The underwater music in the pool added a unique touch of novelty, and the scenic view from the pool area was equally impressive. The rooms, equipped with bidets and featuring Deep Tech amenities, provided a fragrant and convenient atmosphere. The luxurious bed further added to the overall excellence of the accommodations. Overall Impression: In my opinion, there is no hotel in Kuala Lumpur that surpasses the exceptional standards set by Four Seasons. Location is excellent, with major malls and landmarks like Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC, Pavilion Mall with easy reach by foot. Service is excellent - staff arranged a super late checkout after being told that our flight out is in the late evening - a nice gesture that is much appreciated, especially junior and seniors travelling together. Room is spacious and nicely furnished, though comes with some wear and tear that is normal for a hotel this age. Bathroom is huge and comes with bathtubs, toiletries smells great, too! Rooms for improvement are ensuring that the appliances are in working order - our microwave was not functioning well during our stay, which my family ended up eating cold meals and kid with cold milk. There also wasn’t extra trash bags in the kitchen, not enough tissue in the living and dining room. We have to keep bringing the tissue in and out from the bathrooms every time times during meal times. Though i am sure that could be easily resolved by a simple call to the service desk, these are actually daily necessities for any service apartment, a ‘home’ that could be a short term to long term accommodation for a families, business guests etc. The curtain track installation in the bedrooms are also not well thought out. The block-out curtains couldn’t overlapped, leaving a gap for lights to pass through. This may not be an issue to some but for guests whom are light sleepers and need to sleep in total darkness, it’s unpleasant to sleep in such environment. Hope the facilities management can look into these details and continue to improve, it will definitely make the stay an even more pleasant one that it already is.
