Ho prenotato una camera familiare con vista sul mare, la vista è buona, la camera è pulita, il letto è comodo e comodo, il parcheggio è molto spazio e gratuito. La colazione è abbastanza varia di scelte, il gusto è OK per me. Solo il ridimensionamento sembra uno stretto hotel più che un hotel sulla spiaggia perché anche lì c'è una scala per farti andare in spiaggia ma il cancello è bloccato e non è permesso scendere, un po' più posso vedere che la costruzione di sabbie di riempimento è attiva. .. Quindi, potrebbero essere necessarie alcune volte solo per le visite. A proposito, ho completamente soddisfatto i panorami, il servizio e l'ambiente qui.

The price of the room was reasonable given that it was during a Malaysian festive season as well as a long weekend break. Our room (suite) comes with a smaller room with an attached bathroom which is convenient for the four of us. Both rooms are equipped with standard amenities which is a plus point. The location of the hotel was tucked behind the main road so there was minimal noise level from the streets. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. In a nutshell, this hotel is well priced for a short stay in Kuantan.

One night stay and the room is big enough to accommodate 3 persons actually. They got bath tub, shower, all the amenities inside the room. So far so good. Great stays. Thanks Zenith.

Worth to stay during weekday. Spacious and new. I stay in single bed room, the bed is big and spacious bathroom. Will stay again.

Chiesto di avere una stanza non fumatori durante il check-in, abbiamo trovato alcune tinture sul letto.Abbiamo cercato di chiamare il custode per cambiare la foglia di letto, ma il telefono non funzionava. Doveva andare al lobby per informare il desk per chiedere un cambiamento di letto. La casa è venuta e ”cambiata” la foglia di letto.Abbiamo controllato la foglia di letto e abbiamo trovato la stessa tintura nella stessa posizione.2.La porta del bagno non può essere chiusa. Frustrata con 3 grandi questioni entro 15 minuti, Abbiamo fatto un giro per il lobby e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la nostra stanza. Ho avuto una stanza di fumo come quella era la loro ultima stanza disponibile. 3. La linea telefonica non funzionava di nuovo, il rull del bagno non era disponibile. 4. Sappiamo che questo hotel non fornisce la spazzatura e la pasta dentale, quindi abbiamo portato la nostra. Quando tornammo il 2° giorno, tutti i nostri bagni erano andati. La custodia delle case ha buttato i nostri bagni senza il nostro consenso quando non forniscono bagni. Deve andare al lobby per presentare un'altra denuncia (Ricorda che il telefono non funzionava?). Il desk front prometteva di mandare i bagni in camera nostra, ma non è mai venuto. 5. Durante il terzo giorno, il custode ci vide e ci offriva di compensare per aver messo a posto i nostri bagni. Per quanto apprezzo il loro sforzo di possedere il loro errore, questa compensazione (se necessario) dovrebbe provenire dalla direzione e non dal personale per non fornire una formazione sufficiente e chiarire la politica dell'hotel al personale. In generale, sono completamente agitato e non tornerò mai.

Questa è la quarta volta che io soggiorno in questo hotel ...i davvero ama stare qui.La camera è pulita, piscina e spiaggia anche molto bello. Ma questa volta, quando sono arrivato, stavo per caso prenotando per la sala dirigente con vista giardino, quindi ho chiesto di cambiare la vista sul mare, ma la stanza è piena. Ok, quindi ho accettato la stanza, ma ho chiesto di andare in alto per poter avere una bella vista o una vista parziale sul mare, ma quando sono arrivato nella mia stanza, ho avuto una stanza con questo. È davvero fastidioso, e il personale che ha partecipato non è molto utile e amichevole.

Adoro la vista e l'hotel è pulito anche se è un po' piccolo per le famiglie. Ma è ok. Il bar sulla spiaggia di Puteh è eccellente, il personale era cordiale e il cibo è incredibile. Vale il prezzo e la vista. Buono per gli instagrammer.. Check-in e check-out senza intoppi. Ma la colazione è frustrata, lontong era ok ma nasi minyak, bubur e cereali sono così cattivi, non credo che lo chef sappia cucinare. Va bene se hanno solo poche opzioni di cibo, ma per favore cucina con tutto il cuore. Ma il resto di questo hotel è eccellente. Tornerò di nuovo

During our stay at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and semi-outdoor bath tub. The room was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom, connected to the outdoor platform, was stunning, and the hot, steaming bath water was a highlight. The branded toiletries, including the additional body lotion, were a great touch, especially after swimming. Highlights of our stay included the private pool, the complimentary high teas, and the option to have breakfast served in the restaurant or in-room. The resort also offered amenities such as complimentary buggy rides, bike rentals, and various free games. Exploring the vast resort, with its nature sounds and relaxing atmosphere, was a memorable experience. Additionally, the dinner and bar were worth visiting and offered affordable options. However, the air conditioning in the room was not effective at night, and some of the bikes provided were not in the best condition. The steep slopes in the resort also posed a challenge, as I had a biking accident due to my own excitement and adrenaline rush. It's important to be cautious when using the bikes. For other dining and leisure options, Gambang offers local Chinese eateries, and Kuantan town, just an hour's drive away, provides modern cafes, shopping opportunities, and beach access.
