L'hotel non è pulito bene. La stanza e gli asciugamani sono sporchi. Non mi sono sentito a mio agio a mangiare lì perché anche la cucina è sporca. La biancheria torna sporca. Ho provato a prenotare un tour dei delfini tramite l'hotel e il prezzo era prima di 15$ e durante la notte voleva 20$. Poi ho prenotato il tour in un altro posto e quando siamo tornati il proprietario non ci ha più parlato. La guesthouse si trova accanto a una scuola quindi ti svegli presto perché gli scolari in Cambogia cantano molto. Era rumoroso. Non lo prenoterei di nuovo

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in totale. Siamo partiti dalla stanza 201 con solo un ventilatore e l'abbiamo trovata troppo calda. Abbiamo chiesto di spostarci in una stanza con aria condizionata e ci hanno dato la 404 all'ultimo piano con una splendida terrazza e vista sul Mekong. La stanza successiva era una tripla con 3 letti matrimoniali e aria condizionata. Il nostro letto era più comodo del nostro letto in appartamento e l'aria condizionata ha reso la stagione calda molto sopportabile. La guesthouse organizzava anche i suoi tour dei delfini e noi abbiamo preso il tour di mezza giornata in kayak e dei delfini. Avevamo un'ottima guida: il signor Phira che parlava un ottimo inglese e aveva un senso dell'umorismo. Siamo caduti dal kayak una volta ma avevamo i giubbotti di salvataggio e Phira ci ha aiutato a risalire e a stare in piedi. Abbiamo pagaiato il più vicino possibile ai delfini come le barche turistiche e tutti gli operatori stanno attenti a non avvicinarsi troppo e spaventare i delfini. Rilassati nel pomeriggio. Il giorno dopo abbiamo preso il traghetto per attraversare l'isola e noleggiato delle biciclette per pedalare tranquillamente intorno all'isola visitando i punti di riferimento. - solo 7 km in totale. Abbiamo concluso la giornata rilassandoci e nuotando dalle piattaforme relax allestite lungo la spiaggia.

Un ostello molto semplice. Pro: Kina - adorabile, sorridente membro principale dello staff. Pazzo come un cappellaio ma informativo e organizzato il trasporto per quando sono partito. Cibo - niente di speciale ma buono e il prezzo era buono. Prezzo - solo 2 USD a notte per il dormitorio. Wifi - sebbene inaffidabile, era disponibile in tutto l'ostello. Contro: Stanza del dormitorio - i ventilatori limitati non avevano effetto sulle cuccette superiori. Nessuna zanzariera nonostante fosse vicino al fiume e avesse aperture permanenti sopra le finestre. Armadietti molto piccoli (solo oggetti di valore). Bar - il bar sul tetto pubblicizzato (che sarebbe stato fantastico, lo ammetto) era chiuso per la bassa stagione. Strutture - bagno scadente (anche se previsto); noleggio kayak pubblicizzato - ma non lo fa nella stagione delle piogge.

We stayed there 2 nights. The room is ok and clean, the mattresses need changing. Despite that I have to say that the owners are charming. We had a room on the top floor with a super view. We had some of the greatest sunset ever! They even come on that floor to serve your meal. The food is good but the kindness of the owner and the help in organizing a day out was great. So if you can manage having a so so bed for a few nights in a place where you can enjoy a superb view and very friendly and helpful owner :) ENJOY!

Stayed here for one night on the way to Ratanakiri. A tuktuk driver (who may well have been the owner) showed us a sign with the various rooms and the most expensive one was US$8 so we decided to check it out. This was a very large room with two double beds on the top floor. It had two electric fans (no aircon) and a very small bathroom with hot water. It was clean enough, although there were ants about which were quickly dealt with by the staff. The bed was comfortable & we had a reasonable night's sleep. The hotel has nice views of the Mekong River from the top floor. One downside was the owner/tuktuk driver continually adding on a dollar here & there such as the price of the room becoming US$9 and the onward bus tickets which were US$2 more than what we could get them ourselves. Also, when we went to order meals it seemed that the hotel had very little food as they were out of everything we wanted so we gave up & went elsewhere. I would rate this hotel 5/10.

Staff were lovely (very wholesome family vibes) and we’re happy to help us book our kayaking tour. However, if you are looking for a social hostel this is not the place to go! Nice for down time and chill.
