A review based only on a Spa experience. After a previous visit to Hotel Copernicus last year, we decided to return for a Spa day. The hotel is expertly renovated and stunning inside, boasting a modern interior whilst maintaining the charm of the historical building. The lobby is extremely charming. The hotel itself has 29 rooms and is in high demand, and it’s obviously to see why. The location is perfect with the castle just a minutes walk away. The main square is also easily accessible, about 5-8 minutes walk down the Main Street which is bustling with shops, attractions, and museums. Now, about the spa. This is located in the cellar of the hotel and is once again, finished to an extremely high standard. The cellars are accessible via both stairs and an elevator. The spa is not large by any means, and the low vaulted ceilings provide a very cosy and intimate environment. Your first view is a crystal clear-blue pool, which reflects the light across the ceiling and walls creating a mesmerising dance of the light. To the right is a small check-in desk and immediately behind this is a quaint changing area furnished with lockers, a sink area, and shower. The spa is affiliated with L’Occitane and so all the products are branded as such. As expected, these products are top-shelf and smell incredible. In the lockers, bath robes and slippers are provided, and towels are liberally placed around the spa for your convenience. As a male with size 11 feet, I stood no chance squeezing my spade-like feet into the dainty slippers. I asked for a bigger pair and was provided with an identical, one-size-fits-most pair. Needless to say, I was also unable to wear these but I am used to this so bought my own sliders for the occasion. Next, into the relaxation chamber. Two large reclining beds are located here, on the floor. Very comfy and relaxing environment. Many candles (electric imitations) are present and the atmosphere was so calm I lay down and had the most amazing Power Nap. Free water (bottled) is provided. There is also another shower with an assortment of yet more L’Occitane products. A small sauna in the corner was set to 99° Celsius - and certainly felt it. I managed to endure 10 minutes, but would struggle to stay longer due to the heat. The pool itself is relatively small, but the atmosphere is unparalleled. And due to the need to book a treatment to access the spa, was deserted. The pool itself is amazing, and although heated, is at body temperature. The real star of the show was the treatments. My partner and I both booked facial treatments. 60 minutes for approximately £70. Not exactly cheap by Kraków standards, but this was by far the most amazing experience. The smell of lavender and other essential oils was incredible. The masseur was equally brilliant and I left feeling the most relaxed and stress-free I have been in years. From the moment the doors opened on their own for our entry we were immersed in the luxury and warmth of this hotel. It was beyond expectations! It’s hard to sum up what a great place and experience this was. We are a family of three, one thirteen year old. We had a junior suite that had a wonderfully comfortable trundle bed in a giant armoire that was perfect. There was a mini-bar, a great sitting area and a bathroom that will ruin every other bathroom for me the rest of my life. A giant rain shower, a tub built for two all surrounded by gorgeous marble. Amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. Radiant heat on the stone floor in the bathroom that was so pleasing to cold toes. The closet is huge. Nice desk. Plenty of storage for all of us. Staff is exceptional. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was the best meal and wine we had all week. It was superb. It’s spotless. The pool/ sauna/ wet and dry and salt chamber are the most amazing places to spend time in after being in the cold. The massage was GREAT. The value of this hotel is amazing. I would return to Krakow just to go to this hotel again. Some complain of the lighting. I say they are crazy. It’s unique and clever. If you want lights like in a Holiday Inn, go to a Holiday Inn. The design of this hotel is masterful. There is gym equipment and again, spotless changing rooms with showers, towels, lovely lotions and potions. Go to the sixth floor to see the view. Its steps away from the main square. Location can’t be beat. It’s quiet, serene and worth every penny. Include breakfast with your room, you will be so happy. We have never had breakfasts like these. Everything you could possibly want. Including made to order hot cereal and egg dishes.

Il palazzo è bellissimo, ristrutturato e sontuosamente arredato con grande gusto.La posizione è il meglio che si possa avere a Cracovia. La gestione è pessima. Al telefono non sempre rispondono. All'arrivo avevamo prenotato un taxi che non è arrivato, può succedere, ma non può succedere che con le mail di conferma in mano, nostre e dell'hotel , ci venga detto che non abbiamo dato conferma. Il lenzuolo sotto era di quelli duri e ”plasticosi ”come il cartone , per proteggere il materasso da eventuali liquidi ... Ho chiesto di cambiarlo subito e lo hanno fatto. I cuscini erano durissimi. I ragazzi della reception sono molto cortesi ma assolutamente non formati per il ruolo che gli è stato dato. Non è colpa loro. Non sanno assolutamente come muoversi. Una mattina è venuta ad accoglierci la guida ed ha chiesto di noi, la ragazza non ha fatto niente. Eravamo seduti nella stanza a fianco ed abbiamo aspettato, sia noi che la guida, fino a quando ci siamo stancati e la abbiamo chiamata. Era li' di fianco. Quando abbiamo prenotato e pagato avevamo chiesto di aiutaci nel prenotare una guida che parlasse italiano. Nel sito era un servizio che offrivano. Credo non ci abbiano neanche provato. Ci hanno semplicemente detto che non c'era disponibilità. Meglio così perchè da soli in internet ne abbiamo trovate di validissime. E' un vero peccato inoltre che alcune zone molto belle del palazzo a piano terra (a fianco della reception) dove prima c'era presumibilmente un ristorante orientale fossero piene di materiale di consumo e per la pulizia. Al piano dove c'era la nostra suite, molto bella, il corridoio era spesso ingombro di materiale di uso. Del resto i poveri camerieri molto cortesi ma avevano proprio l'aria di non avere una guida. Altra cosa il personale del ristorante Amalia cortese professionale e preparato. In sintesi il palazzo è da 7 stelle , la gestione meno 4. Per cui la valutazione è 3 stelle

Il hotel è un bellissimo piccolo hotel, situato a nord della piazza principale, proprio nella vecchia città. C'è anche una splendida piscina e spa in questo hotel, che è qualcosa che non trovi molto spesso a Krakow! L'unico motivo per cui non ho dato 5 stelle è stata una certa confusione per le ore di funzionamento del ristorante .... Sono arrivato tardi e sono stato detto alla ricezione che il ristorante era aperto fino alle 22:30, che era perfetto per me! Sono sceso alle 22:10 e mi sono seduto e ho dato un menu, ho fatto una scelta sul menu, ma poi un altro cameriere è tornato e mi ha detto che c'era un errore e la cucina era già chiusa e mi ha tolto il menu. Non avevo mai avuto questo posto dove mi sono seduto e avevo dato un menu, solo per rimuoverlo! Ho potuto scegliere qualcosa dal menu limitato della barra. Ho detto al cameriere che la ricezione ha detto che il ristorante completo era aperto fino alle 22:30, ha detto che la ricezione era sbagliata. Ho chiesto la ricezione di questo al checkout ... Hanno detto che la ricezione era sbagliata ... Sembra che ci sia un certo sbaglio tra il personale!

tappa in questa bella città,veramente un bel hotel,con prezzi buoni per essere a 5 minuti a piedi dalla famosa piazza del centro storico,in confine con il famoso parco che fa da contorno a tutto il centro storico,bella hall,belle camere spaziose,bel bagno con doccia spaziosa,cambio degli asciugamano tutti i giorni(ne danno uno a testa,(a noi sono bastati in quanto mi porto sempre via gli accappatoi in microfibra)letto comodo come misure anche se scritto letto alla francese,2 bottigliette di acqua tutti i giorni,hotel silenzioso.C'è un però,l'aria condizionata c'è,ma è come non ci fosse,l'impianto nelle camere è da rivedere,non era un problema solo della mia camera,anche i miei amici avevano lo stesso problema,purtroppo abbiamo pure beccato due giorni caldissimi,quindi glielo abbiamo fatto presente e ci hanno fatto trovare in camera un ventilatore,altra cosa che metterei dato che il posto c'è un piccolo frigo.per il resto ve lo straconsiglio.

The apartments are in a perfect location. Close to the square but just off away from the busyness. The restaurant next door is lovely. The apartment we stayed in was really modern and up to date. There’s only a couple things I can comment on negatively. Somebody checked in above us at 11pm at night. Or they may have checked in earlier in the day but had only just got to their room… either way we could hear absolutely everything. It sounded like baby elephants above us. I could even hear what conversations they were having. The aircon didn’t work. Which was fine as it was 17-20 degrees so we opened the window. But when we asked downstairs we were told basically to deal with it. We didn’t mind that we just had to open the window, but he was extremely direct with telling us that he didn’t want to turn it on, due to having to turn his generator on which is bad for the environment. The sink in the kitchenette smelt a bit of sewage too but we didn’t use it much.

Situazione, posizione, posizione. Questo hotel si trova proprio fuori dalla piazza principale ...Questa è stata l'attrazione vincente per noi. L'hotel stesso è stato mantenuto eccezionalmente pulito. Il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e le dimensioni delle camere sono molto buone. La camera da bagno era bella e moderna ...la stessa camera poteva fare con un po' di aggiornamento, ma non ci importava troppo perché non passavamo molto tempo nella stessa stanza. La TV non funzionava, che era una vergogna, ma ancora una volta non passava molto tempo nella stanza, quindi non ci importava molto. La stanza era pulita ogni giorno, che era un enorme bonus e lo apprezziamo! Qualcosa di più buono su questo hotel è che ti permettono di immagazzinare il tuo bagaglio nel tuo giorno in un viaggio che è stato sorprendente. In generale ...we restarebbe 1000% qui di nuovo! Grazie Rezydent Hotel!

Ho soggiornato con mio marito in questo albergo per 3 notti. La posizione è perfetta praticante appena esci dalla hall sei sulla bellissima piazza principale. C’è anche la fermata del tram a pochi passi. I maggiori punti di interesse si possono raggiungere a piedi e senza problemi. Quindi posizione top. Avevamo la camera 12 era pulita e spaziosa. La colazione è classica di questi paesi la parte salata trovi di tutto e di più variano anche ogni giorno bacon, salsiccine würstel. C’è moltissima verdura e frutta fresca. La parte dolce è essenziale ma comunque ben assortita anche per noi italiani amanti del dolce. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Davvero complimenti! Lo consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti e era perfetto. La posizione è così centrale, letteralmente proprio fuori dalla piazza principale di una strada principale con molti negozi e ristoranti. Anche se questo appartamento era molto tranquillo. La stanza era spaziosa, l'edificio era molto sicuro e assolutamente immacolato. Non esitava a rimanere qui di nuovo.

The location could not be any better!! There’s so much to do around the hotel and it’s a great price. The apar**ent is really clean, a decent size and has air con, which was good for our stay as it was so warm in Krakow. The breakfast is decent and there are luggage storing facilities a close walk to.
