Hotel in zona Miejsce na biwak, Cracovia

Un bellissimo hotel molto pulito con personale amichevole e di aiuto che è solo a pochi passi dal quartiere ebraico. Se si cammina a pochi passi dal fiume si può seguire il castello principale che vi conduce alla città principale e alla piazza. Abbiamo preso un breve crociera fluviale (circa un'ora) che è stato molto piacevole. La mia moglie an Io posso raccomandare Starka ristorante che è solo a pochi passi dall'hotel. Un viaggio alla miniera di sale circa 45 minuti vale bene.

The first night we stayed here, we were in room 2. All seemed OK on initial inspections. The staff seemed pleasant. We went to make ourselves a drink and freshen up. We'd been up since 3am for an early flight. There's a kettle (that's corded, so you have to unplug it every time to fill it up, so take water to it, and a coffee machine. Neither of the appliances worked. We pulled the big table theyre on, out the way to find they weren't plugged in. Not a big deal, right? Well, the electric socket was hanging out of the wall. We plugged the units in, very carefully and made a coffee. Coffee made, went to put some milk in it, no milk. We left the tea and coffee as we both have milk. The air conditioning in the room was set to 24°c and we searched everywhere for a day to adjust it. We ended up going to reception and asking. They keep the remotes to the air con. You cannot adjust it yourself from the room! We borrowed a remote and turned the air con down. We left the room for our day out thinking all was well. On returning later that day, we realised the air conditioning was off. We questioned it with reception the next day (reception is left unattended from 6pm onwards so if you have any issues, all there is is an emergency phone number) and was told the air conditioning has been turned off in all rooms now because the heating was on. To advertise the room as ”Air conditioning AND heating”.....it seems its air conditioning (the you can't control) OR heating. The room must have been 20°c + all night. We thought we'd have a cold shower, to try and bring our temperature down before bed. My wife had her shower, walked across the bedroom floor bare foot and got a small shard of glass stuck in her foot! I went for a shower, turned the shower up full pressure, and apparently this activates a neat feature that forces the shower head out of its holder and smashes you straight in the head. The smell from the bathroom in room 2 was also, terrible. Not quite sure what it was. The toilet was cracked in room 2, but didn't affect use. The shower trap was cracked and loose, not fun if you step on it! We couldn't open the windows because the room faces onto a very busy street. Lots of bars, lots of people, lots of traffic. We were woken up at 11pm, 12am, and 12:30am by noises, car alarms from outside and the heat. Guests coming back late, also seemed to come in and congregate in the hallways to talk. I think if reception were manned, they could remind staff that to be a bit more respectful for others staying. Needless to say, the next morning, we asked to move rooms. Next day we were asked to check out room 9. This is on the second floor. Little bit higher away from the street. The bathroom didn't smell, but that was set to change. The room seemed a big improvement. It was already a lot cooler (although the air con didn't work). Knowing that it probably wasn't going to work, we left the windows open all day while we were out to keep the room cool. On return

L'Hotel The Crown Handwriten Collection a Cracovia mi ha colpito dalla sua eccellente posizione, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla città antica. E' un magnifico hotel boutique che emette charme ed eleganza. La colazione è stata una vera e propria esperienza maestra, una miscela di un piano, un buffet e un servizio alla carta di prima qualità. Questa varietà culinaria ha reso la mattina un'esperienza speciale. Un soggiorno di successo in un ambiente affascinante.

Posizione ottima a ridosso del centro città. Struttura confortevole e ben tenuta, camere pulite e rifatte tutti i gg, colazione in prevalenza salata, ottima e abbondante, a noi è capitata una camera affacciata all'interno molto molto silenziosa.. Difetti: manca l'aria condizionata, a noi non è mancata perché il clima si è presentato mite, altrimenti.....manca una cassaforte e volendo fare i pignoli qualche canale in italiano e un frigo bar.... ma nel complesso la struttura è più che consigliabile.

È proprio di fronte a te quando esci dal primo piano del centro commerciale annesso alla stazione. Ho soggiornato qui per una notte per andare al Museo di Auschwitz. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e ha risposto alle mie domande in modo facile da comprendere. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. Avrei dovuto partire il giorno successivo di notte, ma hanno potuto lasciarmi la valigia fino a quell'ora, il che è stato molto utile.

Bene, va tutto bene, è pulito e moderno. Ma la posizione è tranquilla e un po 'lontana dai punti di riferimento (mi è sembrato che la strada fosse vuota, niente ppl n negozi) anche se ci sono voluti 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere le attrazioni ma quasi nulla che puoi comprare lì. Quindi, se stai cercando un hotel conveniente, non sarà l'opzione migliore, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ok per quanto riguarda la pulizia e il design moderno.

Hotel bellissimo e pulito, le camere sono di base ma ben pulite ogni giorno, caffè e tè e acqua bollita nella vostra stanza ogni giorno, i nostri figli rimangono nella stanza accanto alla porta, ho pagato per una camera da letto 3 ma aveva solo un divano in quella era un po 'piccolo. La colazione era bella, molto da scegliere. personale del bar amichevole e aiutare la ricezione completa molto utile l'hotel è a circa 3 miglia dalla città principale e abbiamo un taxi che era circa £4.00 ogni modo ma più in tempo di lavoro!

La camera è ok, il letto è grande, la biancheria da letto ha un buon odore, le strutture sono molto buone, la colazione è semplice ma non male, c'è un lungo impiegato alla reception che è piuttosto bello, ma il servizio non è buono, alcuni sono pigri e superficiali, a differenza di altri La reception dell'hotel è molto intelligente Se mi chiedi dove andare, ti diranno quanto costano la metropolitana, l'autobus e il taxi. La cameriera si sente molto stupida quando glielo chiedo , e lei mi chiamerà un taxi. Andrò. Il taxi costa 400 zloty di sconto e 700 yuan in RMB, ma il treno costa meno di 100 yuan. Volevo darle un calcio a morte autobus per me, e mi ci è voluto molto tempo per prendere un taxi. Non volevo nemmeno guardarlo sui due autobus all'1:00 e alle 9:00. Il mio cliente mi ha aiutato a trovare diversi buoni piani in pochi minuti. Fatta eccezione per l'*****a receptionist che ha influito sul mio umore. Erano quasi le 12:30 di notte quando sono arrivato in hotel dopo un lungo volo. Tutto il resto è stato fantastico!

For a hotel whose main purpose is to service conference guests, it is unfortunate that the in-room WiFi connection is utterly unreliable and makes working impossible - the signal could not support any remote working. I had to use my non-Polish cell phone data as a hotspot for my laptop. This is a huge issue that really needs to be resolved for business guests ASAP. When I complained about this, I was told to use the executive lounge for a better connection - yet I can hardly inflict a 2 hour long Teams meeting on the other lounge guests. The hotel road access must also be mentioned - frankly the design is stupid. The single access lane with boom gate to the hotel is constantly blocked by a steady stream of taxis and food delivery cars. They park there while waiting for customers or to drop off food orders, so guests cannot enter and must wait around - on one occasion this was for 5 minutes and the driver was rude and aggressive when I politely requested he move and wait elsewhere. Breakfast at the Fifth Avenue restaurant is barely acceptable - I have had better free basic breakfasts at a Hampton Inn. The quality of the food is lacking, but also the poor preparation/cooking really stands out - e.g. undercooked, cold hash browns. The guy on the desk was obnoxious and acted like it was my fault my name wasn't on the list - even though my Honors loyalty status means I'm automatically entitled to breakfast as a benefit. Apparently I was to blame for a lack of communication amongst hotel staff. The restaurant itself was heaving with poorly behaved guests, children running around screeching and spilling liquids. The young wait staff was overwhelmed - needed tables were left uncleared. I had to do this myself, then ask twice for fresh cutlery/china. The quality of food from room service was equally sub-standard and disappointing. The parking ticket machine does not work. After wasting a ridiculous amount of time trying to pay for parking, I went inside to reception where the guy laughed and said 'Oh no, it doesn't work. Pay here at the desk'. Maybe put up a sign? Guests should be aware that the pool is shared with guests from the adjoining Hampton. Apparently it's not intended to be used by child free adults before 20:00 - the rest of the day it's taken over by noisy kids playing ball games who prevent actual swimming. If you need to withdraw money from the automatic teller machine - good luck doing this of an evening when the area is closed off and inaccessible. Finally, the mattress was uncomfortable. Neither firm nor soft, just lacking in decent springs/support and in need of an update. The one positive was the evening happy hour at the executive lounge. Good quality options - goulash soup really good. The two male waiters very helpful and good at clearing and monitoring. Given the inconvenient location away from the city centre and the overall average quality of the hotel's offering, I've asked my company to avoid booking future stays

Hotel was nice, friendly reception staff who were helpful. Outside of city centre had to get tram 4, which on initial arrival was very difficult to locate. Luckily a lovely polish man took us to the tram stop, god bless him. Trams very cheap indeed. Went on 2 tours - Auschwitz & Salt mines, downside being had to get a taxi to a pick up hotel closer to the city centre. But cost approx £6. Both tours were well worth it. Breakfast in hotel was good. No water available in rooms just coffee. Found the bathroom was very hot powerful shower but room slightly cold. Turned up thermostat but didn’t seem to get any warmer. Slept well, little noise. Lift available.
