Hotel centralissimo stanza confortevole anche se un pò datata

Altamente raccomandato. Il personale è molto disponibile, le camere sono spaziose e pulite.

Questo hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale. Le camere erano belle e una bella miscela di moderno e vecchio stile. Il prezzo era ragionevole ed è proprio nel centro storico, quindi c'è molto da fare in giro.

Premetto che ho scelto questo hotel soprattutto perché qualche anno fa ho soggiornato qui e mi sono trovato benissimo soprattutto dal punto di vista della posizione. Mio marito ha prenotato due camere matrimoniali essendo in tre con un figlio maggiorenne, purtroppo noi al primo piano e lui al terzo, ma non è stato nessun problema per noi ma sarebbe più carino se ci fosse un occhio di riguardo. Le camere spaziose, carine e insonorizzate, doccia comodissima, giusto un piccolo suggerimento di fornire il set di cortesia e le ciabattine. Siamo purtroppo rimasti scontenti perché la colazione doveva essere servita in hotel ma ci è stato detto al momento del check in che per la colazione bisogna recarsi in un altro albergo. Non mi sembra un comportamento giusto da parte di una struttura di 4 stelle di non avvisare prima, e soprattutto sul sito si sottolinea una ottima colazione nel ristorante sotterraneo. Che la colazione nel albergo indicato era davvero squisita va sottolineato, per fortuna era anche bel tempo, ma non è assolutamente corretto a mio parere il servizio di mancato avviso.

Hotel di livello, in linea con la qualità del 4 stelle. Stanze ben arredate, di stile internazionale, di dimensioni confortevoli. Nessuna pecca nel servizio, al contrario concierge molto professionale. Colazione buona (soprattutto parte salata). Centralissimo

Hotel molto ben curato e elegante. La colazione nel ristorante dell’hotel è davvero ottima e completa con prodotti di qualità. La posizione è super! In 5/10 minuti a piedi si visita tutto il centro città (l’hotel è nella zona pedonale del centro storico). La reception aperta h24 è molto disponibile e professionale nonostante il personale sia molto giovane. La pulizia delle camere è perfetta e le governanti davvero disponibili.

We chose this hotel for it’s impeccable location and it didn’t disappoint. The location is in the heart of the old town where lots of restaurants, shops and coffee shops just around the corner. The bus stops are a few minutes walking also and if you want to do some shopping: Galeria Krakowska is about a ten minute walk away. Our room was on the third floor and was quite modern and quiet also. The reception was always so professional and friendly and booked some tours for us that were great as we were picked out just from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the centre of Krakow!

We are just back from a 4 night break. I loved this hotel! We requested a quiet room and we were put on floor 4. Lovely and quiet. The room was absolutely spotless and we went over that room with a fine tooth comb. We are a bit paranoid about bed bugs so we had a uv light and a red light with us. The beds were stripped and checked, the carpets were checked. Nothing. Not even a stain. The one thing I would suggest though is that the hotel invest in some pillow protection and new pillows. The bathroom was lovely and the room was huge! The hotel organised pick up and drop off from the airport for us. And the hotel is really central in the old town so you really are next to everything. Breakfast was buffet and you can also order some items from a menu. If you come down nearer the end of breakfast, there is a lot less on offer. There is no option for dinner at the hotel and there is no bar open either but since you are so close to restaurants and bars, it doesn't make a difference to your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable 4 night stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff, kept the room clean. Breakfast very tasty in the sister hotel across the street. Will be returning as interested in the finished renovation. Although this was being carried out it, you would not know.

This is an amzing hotel . The lecation is in the center of the old town . Walking distance from many hot spots of Krakow. The room was very comfortable with all the facilities . The staff was very kind and very helpfull.The breakfsst was vert tastesty

Located in the heart of Old Town, this is the perfect spot whether here on business or passing through. It can be hard for taxis to get here during certain rush hours, but it's a short walk to the Bolt/Uber pickup points. It's a stone's throw away from the central square and the heart of Old Town Krakow. Thus, very very convenient. Breakfast was great with excellent service - it's a buffet with a la carte/make to order options the polite staff will come around to offer. Wifi signal was good, there's a spa and sauna as well. Some of it is slightly dated, but the location and cleanliness make up for it. Staff were very professional and helpful. You can do bag drop if needed as well. Looking forward to the next visit.
