We are so happy that you have change your mind after stepping in our front doors. It is true that our outside might give wrong impression of what you can find inside. Our Hotel was renovated few years ago, and now we can present our rooms in modern, colorful style. Our rooms are spacious, perfect for short, or longer stay in Kraków. Always with a mini-bar, fulled with drinks and a polish candy bar. We are only surprised about mentioned shampoo and shower gel - we are always putting new items, after they are finished. We are sorry that we couldn't fix that during your stay, as we would normally do. Thank you for pointing out the quality of our breakfasts, because we are always trying to make delicious meals, both sweet and savory. Our Hotel is approximately 1,5 km from the Old Town, this distance is easy to walk, but sometimes is better to use taxi - and we know it well :). Especially after long day of walking around. We are glad that our receptionists helped you during your stay, we are always trying to do our bests to make your stay as satisfying as it can be. Booking a transfer to the airport or organizing a trip is not a problem for us. We are really happy that you, like us, loved our city. Best regards, Liv'Inn team.

We did not charge you for any “extra cleaning.” However, after your departure, the bed was found in a very poor state. The sheet and both duvet covers were completely covered in blood and had to be thrown away, as they could not be cleaned or reused under any circumstances. The mattress was also stained, but we chose not to pass those costs on to you. As a gesture of fairness, we also offered you the option to take the damaged bedding with you – which you declined. You stayed with us for six nights and did not report any issues with noise during that time. While some street noise is beyond our control, we were surprised by your comments regarding hallway disturbances. The neighboring rooms were indeed occupied, but by guests who left the hotel very early in the morning. No unusual noise was observed by staff, and we received no complaints from you or any other guests during that time. Our beds are 180x200 cm, which meets the standard King-size specification. The bed was fully made and prepared for two people – with two duvets and two pillow sets. This is also reflected in the fact that, when charged for the damaged items, the cost covered one sheet and two duvet covers. The claim that the bed was only set up for one person is simply untrue. Regarding the romantic decoration: after your booking, we contacted you to offer optional add-ons, but we did not receive any response. Without your confirmation, we were unable to prepare anything special in the room. As for towels: at check-in and during your stay, it was communicated that towels left on the floor are replaced by housekeeping. This policy is also clearly stated on a card in the bathroom. Towels that are not placed on the floor are assumed to be in continued use. Lastly, our reception is not open 24/7 – this is clearly indicated on all booking platforms where our rooms are listed. Reading your review, it seems that after receiving the charge for the damaged bedding, there was an effort to list as many negative points as possible. Unfortunately, some of the complaints appear exaggerated or inconsistent with the reality of your stay. Best regards, Liv'Inn Team

We're sorry that the train station seemed far away - we are placed only 20 minutes by walk from the main train station in Krakow but we understand that some Guests need it to be even closer.
