Pittoresque... voilà le qualificatif qui me vient spontanément lorsque j'évoque cet hôtel. Les chambres sont quelque peu vieillottes, mais ça fait partie de leur charme et surtout, tout est propre. Petit bémol tout de même sur l'état des stores dans notre chambre qui étaient en mauvais état. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et le personnel absolument adorable, toujours aux petits soins avec les clients. La position centrale de l'hôtel le rend très attractif car le quartier Kazimierz est très animé. De plus, l'établissement se trouve à proximité de nombreux arrêts de tramway et donc, aucune inquiétude à avoir si on souhaite vadrouiller dans Cracovie sans avoir loué de véhicule.

There are several streets in Kazimierz district with "Józefa" prefix and luckily a Polish gentleman (while walking his dog) led us to the right place. This is a very traditional hotel with classic facilities such as towel rack and second telephone in the bathroom. Perfect for "good old days" hotel lovers like me. Very friendly and helpful hotel manager and staff. Breakfast is a highlight - sumptuous and delicious. Hotel location is best for exploring historic and lively Kazimierz in Krakow.

Worse expercience ever. The air conditioning doesn't work, the rooms and corridors are stuffy. A very bad experience, especially for the elderly. On the website they inform about air-conditioned rooms, and after pointing out the lack of air conditioning - they simply change the description (screens attached). The hotel is dishonest, cheating customers.

Lovely hotel , very clean & nothing too much trouble to help you with anything. Joanna on reception , extremely knowledgeable & helpful about things to do & places in Krakow to visit. Owner , Monika , very friendly & helpful.

Stayed 4 nights in December. Hotel was warm and supplied loads of hot water. Staff were welcoming from the start and throughout our stay. Monika recommended restaurants to eat at on Jozefa. We had an excellent meal at Introlgatornia Smaku, more expensive than other restaurants but well worth it and still a lot cheaper than UK. We also ate street food from Plac Nowy behind the hotel, recommend. Another fabulous eat was at a local Greek restaurant Menoas. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. There was some intermittent street noise but nothing major. Breakfast was included in price and it set us up for the day. We were also given a packed lunch for our Auschwitz trip, on request. Help yourself to tea/coffee in dining room to take to your room to make later. The location is great and the walk to Old Town short and interesting. Also can walk from hotel to Schlinder’s museum. Glad we didn’t stay in Old Town as was very busy at night and noisy. We paid a very reasonable price for this hotel and it suited all our needs. We would recommend it especially for a budget break. We would certainly stay again.

La ubicación está bien, pleno barrio judío, y las camas muy cómodas, pero algunos detalles nos molestaron, por ejemplo, no limpian la habitación a no ser que lo pidas, y en ese caso tampoco hacen las camas. Por otro lado, nuestro hijo necesitaba una silla de ruedas, la recepcionista mostró un absoluto desinterés e ineficacia cuando le pedimos que nos ayudara a encontrar algún sitio donde alquilasen, su primera respuesta fue que podíamos buscar en Google (gracias, maja!). Cuando le dijimos que ya habíamos buscado y llamado, pero que o bien no tenían o no hablaban inglés, su respuesta fue que camináramos 20 minutos hasta la tienda más cerana para probar suerte. Ahí lo llevas.
