Se siete in viaggio breve a Cracovia, questo è il miglior hotel in cui soggiornare. Prima di tutto, caloroso benvenuto alla reception, personale accogliente, biscotti appena sfornati con aroma, deliziose mele se avete fame. Tutto è così perfetto, lo prenderò in considerazione di nuovo se vorrò soggiornare.

È come un vero hotel. È stato un peccato non poter utilizzare la piscina. Forse proprio perché era una vacanza, ho potuto usufruirne ad un prezzo abbastanza economico, colazione inclusa. Ho provato a fare colazione, ma il personale del ristorante ha detto che non potevano confermare, quindi sono andato alla reception, ho mostrato il voucher e ho potuto entrare.

È stato bello che fosse molto pulito e attrezzato in molti modi. Non è comune per gli hotel europei avere una varietà di articoli nel bagno, ma questo aveva tutto. Il personale era molto cordiale e gentile, ma la posizione dell'hotel rendeva difficile l'utilizzo dei trasporti pubblici. È un po' lontano dalla fermata del tram o dell'autobus e non ci sono aree commerciali nelle vicinanze. La colazione a buffet è molto buona. C'è uno chef dedicato che cucina subito il cibo per te.

Un po' fuori città ma un bell'hotel. Il servizio era ottimo, avevamo una camera executive e l'executive lounge era eccezionale per la colazione e un drink la sera prima di andare in città. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a patto che non ti dispiaccia camminare o mandare messaggi in città.

Bel programma per godersi un fine settimana di relax! La sauna e la jacuzzi sono fantastiche, il personale cordiale

Everthing was excellent. We loved the 2 night stay here. There could be water dispensers at the xommon places like in Doubletree Hilton WROCLAW. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

Sadly, I am forced to post this review since the hotel staff never got back to me to clarify why my room was in shambles. So let's start off with the good. The hotel is located in a quiet, relatively close to the center area. The staff were kind, especially the restaurant/ bar folks. It was the second day of Christmas, and they were super helpful and sweet. The standard room beds were comfy, and the decor did not look tired. If traveling by car, make sure that you are aware of the parking fee (not much street parking near the hotel). Sadly, that's all the nice things I can say. The bad: we were greeted by a wood screw hidden in the carpet. Luckily, it only punctured a hole in my slippers, not my foot. The shower riser rail made an awful clunk falling down after I took a shower. All I can say is, luckily, it didn't break the glass (sarcastically guess maintenance had the year off). The last one really is the worst and really boils the blood in my veins. The towel had some brown skid mark looking streak ( i will leave you to your own conclusions, dear reader, but one can't help and let their mind run wild... bathroom toilet towel.... All I said is thank God I opened up my towel before taking a shower! Seriously sad that the checkin staff told me the shift manager at first wasn't in (later, when I was in a hurry to check out somehow they could be summoned) but they will get back to me after I send them my email and phone#. Lesson learnt, you try to be cordial kind and you get ignored. I should have called The State Sanitary Inspectorate to investigate the brown stuff on the towel.

Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.

The room was lovely and exactly like the picture. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit far from town and a bit complicated to get to on foot. However, overall, I would definitely recommend.
