素晴らしい体験をしました。内装はため息が出るほど美しく、スタッフの皆さんは綺麗な英語を話し暖かく向かい入れてくれます。ロケーションは旧市街の中と完璧で、すばらしいレストランも系列に備えています。価格以上の価値を感じるホテルでした。

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo hotel e devo dire che i servizi sono veramente di qualità. Benvenuto in camera con biscotti e passito, ciabattine di cortesia anche per i piccini oltre ad un libro con pastelli e cioccolatini per loro. Ordine e pulizia fanno la differenza. Unica pecca: dovuto ad un guasto abbiamo fatto colazione in un ristorante convenzionato (colazione ottima)

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Service was excellent, bedroom size and amenities was high level, location was perfect (between Old Town and Kamierez). As someone who is an interior designer and decerning, the hotel is truly gorgeous. The only improvements: 1. Offer lighter quilt/bedspread instead of the comforter 2. The ability to drop off luggage at the door and then go park or the hotel could offer one of the golf cart tour guys to pick up luggage from your parked car and drive you and luggage to hotel and drop off.

The location of this hotel is superb being probably only a 1 minute walk from the castle. It was a very hot day when we arrived so the receptionist got me a glass of sparkling water on arrival which was appreciated. The decor of this hotel is very luxurious and classy. The rooms are elegant and cosy. We did not eat dinner at the hotel but they do have a very impressive restaurant. I was extremely impressed by the breakfast service which included a selection of delicious pastries and fruit to help oneself to. A smoked salmon platter was brought to each table which was particularly delicious. Then you have menu options which included salmon/bacon eggs Benedict. I tasted both options during my stay and both were Divine. We were also offered unlimited tea & coffee and the fresh orange juice was delicious. From the cute cold utensils, and quirky brown & white sugar display to the fine bone China, everything is exquisite. There is also a complementary option to have breakfast in the room which i availed of one morning when I was not feeling too well. The staff couldn’t have done more for me and were very caring. They made a special cake for my husbands 50 th birthday. All and all an excellent stay. Well done to the staff.

One of the most elegant and quaint boutique hotels in which I have stayed. Beautiful and very locally popular restaurant, and the service is very personalized. The hotel is located right on the royal road (Grodzka St) close to Wawel Castle. The rooms are very well appointed and very elegant. Some are smaller than others but all have a very elegant feel. Desk clerks are very attentive and courteous, especially Emile and Gozha at check in

A charming boutique hotel, with a lovely staff. Hotel is situated on the main street about half a mile from the marketplace and the main castle. My friends and I had two rooms on the same floor, which made it easy for all of us. Was our first time in Kraków and we enjoyed it. Krakow is worth two nights maybe three unless you’re doing some extensive traveling outside of the city

Loved this hotel. Room was nicely decorated. The bed was veey comfortable. The room and hotel were very clean. The room was quiet although you could hear some noise from the street below (I was on 1st floor), but it was not bad. The staff was very professional and helpful. The location was perfect.

Beautiful hotel just a short walk from the city center of Krakow and a stone's throw from Wawel Castle. Location is perfect, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are gorgeously appointed, and are attended to with incredible detail daily (you even get a fun, historical printout of a local tale, along with the weather forecast each day in your room). Don't miss dinner in Fiorentina, the hotel's Michelin restaurant.

Perfect location, delightful staff, stunning decor and great value. Room large, comfortable and immaculate. Food delicious and courtyard a heaven for evening drinks after a long day of sightseeing. Can’t praise highly enough, and can’t wait to return for a longer stay. Thank you!
