When we arrived at the Hotel we were told that the two bedroomed apar**ent we had booked wasnt available until the next day and that we would have to have two one bedroom apar**ents. This was not ideal as the two bedroomed apar**ent was for a family with 3 children. There was nothing they could do so two of the children had to sleep in an apar**ent without their parents. We went out the following morning and had to leave suitcases until we got back from a trip that evening to move into a two bedroomed apar**ent. All of this was stressful and not ideal. The rest of the stay was fine. Cannot fault the apar**ents, well equipped, clean, beds comfortable. Without the issue with the rooms this hotel would have been a full Excellent rating.

Plantonia Aparthotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, we was greeted by the warmest smiles from the friendly staff, particularly Magdalena and Ewlina, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The highlight, however, was the incredibly comfortable mattress that made every night's sleep feel like a dream. I couldn't recommend Plantonia Aparthotel enough for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay!

We stayed in the lovely three bedroom appar**ent and had a very nice time. Clean, and well equipped with all you need. Very sweet and helpfull staff. We recommend this place.The only thing that took the last star away was heavy roadwork in front of the hotel. But we will be back! Also, the best vegan bakery and a perfect espresso bar just up the street.

Our second visit here and it didn't disappoint... Helpful friendly staff and beautiful clean and welcoming hotel and apar**ent. A home from home perfectly located for exploring the city and so well equipped for relaxing afterwards. We ate in and out, the location suits all preferences. We will be back, no point in staying anywhere else, this hotel is excellent. The cafe next door is a must for a beautiful breakfast too. Well done to the management for creating such a welcoming venue and we look forward to visiting again soon.

I highly recommend Plantonia for a stay in Krakow. All vegan, sustainable and in a great location. Several cute cafes nearby and only a short walk (10-20 mins) to all the best areas including Wawel Castle, Old Town and Jewish Quarter. The breakfast is from vegan cafe next door. The granola bowl was especially delicious. The staff were super helpful too.

It's the best place,we are enjoying from every moment,I rent for apar**ents for five days and all family enjoying,the apar**ent hotel is very clean,big,butik hotel,very good service of guys In recreation,what you see in pictures it's what you get.

From entering the building it was a first class experience.it is beautiful and very clean it made us think it was a brand new building. We did not use the breakfast service so cant comment but I can imagine it would have been lovely as our apar**ent was. The staff were lovely really friendly and knowledgeable. The location was ideal, a nice walk to/ from the old town. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit Krakow.

This was a lovely place to stay and a great base for exploring Krakow. The apar**ent was ideal for our needs, very clean and very comfortable beds. There's a fabulous bakery next door who make up the breakfasts delivered to your room and these were superb. We really loved the 'Salt Cave' for relaxing and that was a really unique feature. A lot of thought has gone into the whole place and it's just a short walk to the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Every member of the reception staff was so helpful and friendly and they sorted our trips to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mine for us. We would definitely go back here.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Plantonia aparthotel. We travelled as a family of 4 . The apar**ents were modern and spotlessly clean, There in a great location, about a 15 minute walk to the main square, the staff were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again
