Buon mantenimento delle camere e delle strutture, poteva fare con un po 'di modernizzazione e lusso per corrispondere al prezzo. Sumptuoso Buffet Spread! Qualità alimentare e servizio in tutte le Outlets F&B è stato splendido. Super Cocktail! Fantastico” Instagramable” vista sull'oceano dalle camere e dalla piscina.!, quindi non mi sentivo la necessità di esplorare fuori dal resort!

Where do I begin? This hotel is just amazing! The pool in our room was huge and so beautifully done. The decor in the rooms and hotel is WOW. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. Service was excellent and breakfast/evening meal was superb. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and will be returning in a few weeks. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Buon hotel ma non top.. Iniziamo dalla posizione, scomoda Si trova a non meno di 2 km dalla spiaggia di a un ao nang il problema però E che è proprio in mezzo al nulla ( Scenografico da un punto di vista ma inadatto da un altro) C’è si un servizio navetta gratuito Ma ogni due ore e per quattro volte al giorno, L’alternativa è spendere 200 bath a tratta.. Manca di un ristorante al suo interno grave pecca.. La stanza io ho optato per una suite con vasca, Si trova al sesto piano, Camera molto grande e ben decorata, Ottimo il materasso e cuscini, Il frigobar trasmetteva delle vibrazioni al mobile che lo conteneva tanto e’ che l’ho dovuto staccare.. Dal Vater tutti i giorni proveniva un cattivo odore, Veniva puntualmente sistemato e puntualmente ricompariva il problema.. Preparate vi perché alle cinque del mattino vi aspetta una bella sveglia da i galli adiacenti!! Molto carina la piscina ma la palestra poco attrezzata.. Se tornerò a krabi no Sceglierò questa struttura.. La colazione non faceva per me, Decantano prodotti biologici che a me però non hanno entusiasmato

One of the worst services i have ever had. Since we arrived the reception guy greeting us didnt give us the full info. We asked as well about which way is better to Phuket he told us by sea its direct and 1:30hrs. So we agreeded and booked it . It turned out to be 3 stops and changing boats and its 2 hr++ !!!! And we hired a boat to go to Hong island from the hotel they guy at the boat kept taking photos of my while swimming and on the beach when I confronted him he said no photos! When i went to the hotel and told them that if i see my photos any where i will sue you as a hotel they should be a folder of pics which shows that i am not in it ! But what abt the other folders and deleted photos or he might have sent it to his icloud! This shouldnt happen and ruin my stay there. And when we checked out we had 1:40 hr to eat we asked the receptionist about whata near to eat she said nothing all is closed & you cant go near the beach because 15 mins and you will leave so we believed her. It turned out to be exactly 1:40 hrs to wait . Plus there were cafe near the pier she didnt direct us or told us about it we would have took some snacks !!! Such a bad experience. If you want you can come by the boat for the day ,but dont stay here!!! The only good thing about this place is the international food restaurant they are very friendly .

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di 7 notti in una camera con accesso alla piscina per il mio anniversario di matrimonio e mi hanno offerto un upgrade, quindi ho trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole. Ho provato a cambiare dopo aver sentito che l'edificio numero 6 era lontano, ma era bello che fosse tranquillo e non così lontano. Ci sono molte recensioni secondo cui la stanza è umida, ma è umida, ma non in modo spiacevole, quindi anche se la temperatura era impostata a 26 gradi, la mia famiglia che fa molto caldo è rimasta lì senza alcuna lamentela. Tuttavia, è stato un po' scomodo perché era il primo punto di raccolta durante un tour. Ho intenzione di utilizzare nuovamente il marchio Centara la prossima volta.

We enjoyed our stay at Bluesotel Smart hotel. Location wise: it is a 2 minute walk to the beach, and not so far away from shops and restaurants. Our room was cute, we enjoyed staying there however we’d have to constantly call them to clean our room. I think the staff can try a little more when it comes to hospitality. I think they need to have more western options on their breakfast. Oh and they have a rooftop pool that gives spectacular views of the ocean, it’s a great spot to watch the sunset.

Grande posizione, sulla spiaggia, ristorante alberghiero molto buon cibo e prezzi molto ragionevoli, buona varietà per colazione. Anche quando non vuoi la stanza pulita lasciano acqua e rullano fuori, tutto quello che ti serve è fornito, gel da doccia dello shampoo, ecc. La piscina è bella e eccezionalmente pulita .

Io e mio marito siamo stati qui per una settimana per un posto fantastico, una piscina enorme con vista sorprendente, grandi camere pulite e pulite asciugamani ogni giorno, gel da doccia dello champagne e condizionatore nelle bagni. Acqua e tè e caffè contenenti una fornitura giornaliera, un grande colazione e una scelta brillante. Gli asciugamani con piscina contenenti una fornitura giornaliera, il personale molto gentile e utile. Lo consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel, e sicuramente restiamo di nuovo

This is a great hotel. The location is just outside the town and is quiet. This is not a hotel to party in, more to relax. Standard of the facilities and rooms is excellent. If you have any mobility problems ask for a room near the main building as the terrain can be steep with a lot of steps. The staff will ferry you around in a buggy if needed. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Very efficient but in a friendly and approachable way. They were all excellent. Kookikk in the restaurant was extremely helpful.

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. :) AMIAMO tutto di The Scene, dalla vista della scogliera stessa, lo staff al servizio che hanno fornito. Troppa ospitalità: abbiamo scoperto che il nostro tour è stato cancellato la mattina, uno del personale ha notato la nostra situazione e si è offerto di procurarci un'auto privata alla stessa tariffa del nostro tour per visitare gli stessi luoghi a cui ci siamo iscritti. Onestamente non potrei elogiarli abbastanza.
