Nel complesso è ok. Non mi piace molto il bagno perché ha un odore strano e sembra sporco. Non ci hanno fornito lo spazzolino da denti, tutti devono essere richiesti. Servizio in camera molto lento. La colazione era solo moderata, non fantastica.

Ottimo e bel resort Direttamente sulla spiaggia, ben tenuta!

L'hotel era in una buona posizione e la piscina e il miniclub sono al di sopra della media. La pulizia, la manutenzione e il servizio delle camere potrebbero essere migliorate così come la qualità del cibo

L'hotel è un po 'vecchio ma OK per rimanere. È una lunga distanza a piedi dalla spiaggia dorata e dalla strada pedonale.

Cleanliness was average, amenities were very poor no toothbrush and toothpaste. No room cleaning till 1 pm. Check in area very hot, very slow check in. Pool access was good

Free upgraded room to pool access is great for families with kids. Can notice it is not new but well maintained. Easy accessibility to walk around.

Overall it was an awesome stay in Holiday Ao Nang The location is very strategic. The attractions are within walking distance. Got a lot of foods nearby if u are hunting for a good food. We stayed in a pool excess deluxe room. The room not so big but okay for a family of 3. Im suggesting to frequently clean the swimming pool as the water was quite turbid and dirty. Maybe becausesome people came from the beach directly enter the pool. If i go to krabi again, most likely i will stay here again. ❤️

The hotel is at Ao Nang Beach, very convenient for tour pick up, dining and shopping. The views from the hotel is great and the staff are helpful and friendly.

We got a free upgrade to pool access room. I highly recommend this hotel for family because it has three pools which are bigger than most hotels here. However, if you benchmark with other newly built hotels nearby, you might get disappointed with the room interiors.

We stayed at this hotel in October. We are staying here for the fourth time. I think this already speaks about the quality of this hotel. I would also like to say thank you to the hotel staff and thank you for the first aid provided. My girlfriend and I got into an accident on a motorbike, and when we arrived at the prka hotel, we contacted the insurance company, a man came out to us with a bag of medical supplies, saying that he had been trained to provide medical care, washed and treated all wounds and applied bandages, the wounds were very serious. After the hospital and the stitches, we had only seven days left on vacation and we spent almost all the time at the hotel. The staff sent us plates of fruit with wishes to get better soon, they always helped and supported us in everything. Thank you kind people for your huge hearts. With best regards Gleb and Margo

Staff are great, breakfast was lovely. The location is amazing, with incredible views. The swimming pool is great.

The hotel itself is instagram worthy. It was huge and beautiful. The hotel was clean, organize, and people are welcoming. It was located in Ao Nang and it was close to everything; night market, shops, restaurants, pier, airport, and more. The swimming pool are not that cold even if it is rainy season. We enjoy our stay.

Toilet smell very bad. Shower water pressure very low. Inside Toilet have few bugs don't know where is coming from after do housekeeping this bag keep coming again.
