Ho soggiornato lì con un amico. La piscina e la colazione erano molto belle e il servizio era eccellente! Nel complesso, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, sicuramente lo ripeterò se ne avrò la possibilità.

Il personale è molto cordiale e accogliente. Ci sono molti ristoranti e lavanderie nei dintorni. C'è anche un ottimo bar chiamato Lekkar vicino all'hotel. La colazione è buona e hanno un incentivo "green day" che, se si sceglie, consente di ottenere crediti per le bevande. Solo una cosa da notare, se si visita durante la stagione delle piogge/monsoniche e si cammina in giro... il marciapiede anteriore si allaga, arriva persino all'altezza della caviglia. Ma se non piove, l'hotel è fantastico :)

la posizione non è delle migliori, abbastanza lontano dalla città di Krabi e dalla spiaggia di Aonang. La cosa positiva è il servizio gratuito per Aonang fornito dall'hotel, ma sarebbe bello se fosse ogni ora, dato che il massimo è di 10 persone. È anche piuttosto pericoloso perché non ci sono lampioni. Nel complesso comunque ok.

Ho apprezzato il mio soggiorno al resort Phu Pano a Krabi. Le camere sono belle, ma sembrano un po' datate e non sono sicuro che siano mantenute correttamente. Anche la piscina è fantastica ed è il luogo ideale per prendere il sole. Il servizio e la comunicazione alla reception devono davvero migliorare. Hanno rifatto il letto con due lenzuola doppie invece di un lenzuolo king size come da mia prenotazione. Ho dovuto richiedere tre volte affinché le mie lenzuola venissero eventualmente cambiate. Guarda le foto prima e dopo. Ci è voluta mezza giornata e anche allora ho dovuto aspettare e doppiamente confermare con la governante. Tuttavia, è un buon posto dove stare?

The hotel is newish and looks nice. Staff are friendly. Check in at 3pm seems a little late compared to other hotels usually at 2. No TV in English. Gym is small but good enough to get a workout in. My main disappointment was the view from the room, it was not a cliff view like in the photo online. It’s a bit too far to walk to the beach but plenty of motorbike rentals around. The pool is small and not enough deck chairs for the about of people.

Limit service, that what i expect from Thai people. Big difference from staf member to other staff member.

Not worth for money I think it's over price only little room, pool full of people cant even use. and the room I got is not have a good view but i understand that the high season the price will go high than usual. anyways all staffs are nice.

Great hotel in a quiet location but walkable to the main area. the view from our pool view room was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. would definitely stay again

Quiet and serene view of the Krabi rocky hill from hotel room. Common dining area Iis wrap with nature feeling hearing the crickets/insect singing from the forest nearby. Walking distance to the main street too. Only room is a little small to my liking.

Lovely hotel but was shocked at the size of the room for 2 people sharing ,way too small for two women (and all their stuff) cost thousand English pounds for nine nights and breakfast ,had to book another room for £702 pounds way over priced for the size , you have to look at the dimensions when you book a room there UNBELEIVABLE !! The pool area was run broken beds and rusty tables ,does not cater to gluten free or dairy free so little for me to eat only fruit or salad

This hotel is about 30 min walk from the beach or a shuttle is provided throughout the day. The pool was lovely and very clean however the pool furniture isn’t as the pictures and many of the tables are broken. The rooms were comfy and well stocked. We were upgraded to a room with a pool & Mountain View and would suggest booking this room if possible as the view from the balcony was much nicer than the other side. The breakfast was ok however some of the food was not very hot. The breakfast items were the same each day. The hotel needs to buy some cloches or covers for the fruit and pastries as there was lots of little fruit flys on the food which was a bit off putting. There are some restaurants nearby (burger daddy and banana house are great) and a 7/11. We enjoyed our stay here but maybe would not have breakfast next time.
