Trip.com changed this four star hotel for us as the city hotel Krabi didn’t have breakfast, it’s great as lot foreigners stay here & booked trips for island hopping

It’s a good and warm place to stay and service was good also highly recommended near to krabi town market.

Don’t give bad reviews but had to say something. WiFi terrible. So loud. So little water in the bathroom. Many better places in Krabi city that I would recommend. 🤷♀️

Had a very pleasant stay! Beds where amazing and rooms are nice and quiet. We had a balcony with a lovely view, we were only missing some extra chairs so we could sit outside as well. Pool was great, gym fine but a little small. Staff was very friendly and helpfull!

**Secure and Stylish with Excellent Service** I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, where I was given the most secure room on the property. This level of security was impressive. The room itself was a visual delight, with a beautiful design and spotless condition. Fresh towels were provided daily, adding to the sense of cleanliness and comfort. The staff were exceptionally polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to have more watercress in the shower, though this is a minor, personal preference. 9/10 is a perfect blend of security, style, and superb service.

They were not very friendly and the room had no cupboards and even though we arrived early they gave preference to other guests and gave as a room facing the back into another hotel. To the staff were not friendly

Book this hotel when our usual hotel was fully booked. Rather old. Staff not service oruentated

For the price it's ok. They have big problem with their showers it doesnt mix hot and cold water . Terrible

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff and a decent breakfast. Booked as there weren’t many others available that night in the area, but it exceeded my expectations:-)

It was so clean, comfortable, so nice staff great value

Our holiday started with the very friendly service from the hotel staff. Room sizes were very generous with 2 kids. Bathroom was amazing, a room in itself. I would recommend family’s with kids to this hotel. Across the road is a great restaurant serving Thai and western food with live music. A great experience. Thanks to the wonderful hotel staff for making our stay unforgettable.
