Buon hotel ma non top.. Iniziamo dalla posizione, scomoda Si trova a non meno di 2 km dalla spiaggia di a un ao nang il problema però E che è proprio in mezzo al nulla ( Scenografico da un punto di vista ma inadatto da un altro) C’è si un servizio navetta gratuito Ma ogni due ore e per quattro volte al giorno, L’alternativa è spendere 200 bath a tratta.. Manca di un ristorante al suo interno grave pecca.. La stanza io ho optato per una suite con vasca, Si trova al sesto piano, Camera molto grande e ben decorata, Ottimo il materasso e cuscini, Il frigobar trasmetteva delle vibrazioni al mobile che lo conteneva tanto e’ che l’ho dovuto staccare.. Dal Vater tutti i giorni proveniva un cattivo odore, Veniva puntualmente sistemato e puntualmente ricompariva il problema.. Preparate vi perché alle cinque del mattino vi aspetta una bella sveglia da i galli adiacenti!! Molto carina la piscina ma la palestra poco attrezzata.. Se tornerò a krabi no Sceglierò questa struttura.. La colazione non faceva per me, Decantano prodotti biologici che a me però non hanno entusiasmato

Il nostro hotel è stato il migliore albergo di Phuvara Boutique Hotel a Krabi. Il personale è estremamente amichevole e parlano tutti buon inglese che è stato così conveniente per comunicare e ottenere tutto fatto. Moli, la receptionista, è così amichevole, gentile e intelligente che ci ha dato qualche consiglio e consigli prima di esplorare la zona che ci ha aiutato molto e risparmiato qualche denaro. Una notte, tuttavia, ho perso il mio telefono in un autobus locale che abbiamo appena preso dalla strada, quindi non c'era nulla di numero o di niente da contattare. Finalmente mio marito è riuscito a localizzare il telefono e il Sole Moli e il loro amico ci ha aiutati prendendo il suo veicolo e ci ha chiesto di salire e andare al luogo dove il conducente del taxi era abitato, gli ha ringraziato e ha ricevuto il telefono e ci ha guidati Tornate all'hotel e si sono lasciati. Era un inferno di un'esperienza che tutti erano estremamente carini e utili proprio come questo. Anche il soggiorno era così buono. Pacevole, igienico e bellissimo. Sicuramente consiglierei questo posto per un soggiorno migliore.

Non c'è colazione, ma ogni mattina, 50 Bahta Americano sono stati soddisfacenti... e sono contento che ci sia un mini frigo e TV nelle stanze... se ci fosse un grande specchio, una catena e una macchina per asciugare la barca, il mio punteggio sarebbe stato di 5 stelle.

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

Wow, what an incredible experience! We absolutely loved this resort! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. They helped us with setting up mopeds, ordering a taxi, transportation to the airport, and so much more. We went to Tiger Cave Temple, which is not too far away and is an incredible place that everyone must go to. It's a tough hike, but worth the views at the top. One day we did a luxury private long tail boat tour and wow, amazing! There's so much to do in the area. The resort was super clean and even better, you get the amazing jungle views. Hopefully one day we can make it back and we will make sure that we stay here again !!

La camera è stata riservata per la suite luna di miele, ma sarà bello se ci fossero più pendenti, mentre noi ci fermiamo per 5 notti. Il bagno era spazioso e la camera è dotata di un bel balcone con rack di vestiti. Essi praticano il sostegno al salvataggio della terra, la possibilità di avere un servizio di custodia è anche fornita e, che è anche buono. La piscina è stata anche una bella esperienza. Il servizio in camera ordinato e anche cenato nel loro ristorante.
