Best Three Star Hotel in Kozhikode. Ignore the ratings here. I have tried many hotels in Kozhikode. This is by far the best three star hotel. Its got parking, gym, laundry, travel desk, restaurant. But lacks a bar for those that is important.

I had an amazing stay the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism A special mention to Bijo VIJU and Athulya, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Their outstanding service made my experience even more enjoyable. the hotel restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were noticeable, and the prices were very reasonable for the experience provided.

Great to come back to Tripenta Calicut, very nice Hotel with great Ambience and team around. Rooms has great views and so is the Restaurant on the 7th Floor. Well spread Buffet breakfast. Cannot miss mentioning of Ms. Niketa, of good services at this restaurant and of course Rijesh the Duty Manager cum Restaurant Manager, always to helpful and ever smiling. Front office staff ever so helpful and smiling. Mentioning the names of Krishna Priya (reservation)/ Sajith/Fathima/Aiswarya.

I had an excellent stay, the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. Great staff, especially Sabin. He was very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also helped with arranging transportation and giving directions, etc. I also had lunch and dinner at their restaurant. All the curries and fish fry served with lunch I got were delicious. The service was amazing. The location is great- I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Calicut.

Sto scrivendo la mia vera esperienza con il servizio dell'hotel. Oggi ho avuto una peggiore esperienza con l'alloggio in questo hotel. Ho già chiesto e prenotato la camera superiore valutata 3600/-and Ho ricevuto il check-in all'hotel a 12-8-2023 a 3:30 pm. Dipin KC (+91 73564 16333) mi ha aiutato durante il controllo in tempo. Il servizio del personale dell'hotel ai clienti è molto povero. Dopo l'ispezione, sono andato a pranzo al ristorante Gazania Mezbaan e ho aspettato più di un'ora per ottenere il mio cibo ordinato. Dopo di che sono andato in sala per fare il test e in quel momento non potevo riposare a causa delle canzoni di alto volume, dal momento che il partito DJ si stava svolgendo in sala e ci erano persone che erano ubriachi. Mi sono lamentato al personale di ricezione, ma non hanno risposto né preso alcuna azione da parte loro.E si sono comportati male. Ho deciso di andare a controllare l'hotel a causa della cattiva esperienza e del servizio che avevo chi non ha dato alcun valore ai clienti. Ho chiamato Dipin(+91 73564 16333) che ha detto che era il manager ma ha anche risposto in modo positivo e non ho trovato una soluzione al mio problema. Ho fatto il check-out all'hotel alle 8:30 e sono stati rimborsati solo 600/- che ho pagato 3600/- al momento del check-in.quando ho chiesto il pagamento al ricevitore chiamato Shibin , Ha detto che è la tassa .Sono stati pagati 3000/- per solo cinque ore e è stato check-out dall'hotel a causa della questione da parte loro. Questa è stata una peggiore esperienza per me e non hanno apprezzato i loro clienti. Non consigliare questo hotel a nessuno. Per favore, passate attraverso il mio commento se siete alla ricerca di una stanza in questo hotel.

Il personale di servizio era eccellente dal guardiano al ragazzo della campana al direttore, soprattutto il signor Shyju e il signor Muthu.La stanza era piccola ma ben mantenuta.La pulizia generale era buona, ma il comfort nella camera da bagno avrebbe potuto essere più pulito. Doveva chiedere la spazzola e la pasta dentale. La suggerimento è che uno specchio lungo tutto nella stanza avrebbe potuto essere buono. Locker non era disponibile nella stanza. Esperienza generale piacevole soprattutto se si sta cercando un soggiorno temporaneo.

The food was delicious. The literal example of great food with an amazing ambiance. The butter chicken was absolutely divine as was the lemonade soda. The food was totally worth it. I totally recommend this to any true food enthusiast, Thank you for the lovely dinner.
