All’Ananda si sta proprio bene. Affacciati sull’oceano indiano, shala yoga vista oceano cibo Ayurvedico e altrettanto la Spa con i diversi trattamenti. Lo staff è sempre sorridente e disponibile. Grazie a Gianni che ci ha organizzato escursioni e tutto ciò di cui avevamo desiderio.

Posto molto curato di proprietà di un italiano. Personale molto molto attento e cordiale . Pulizia delle camere eccellente e cibo ayurvedico/vegetariano. Team di medici ayurvedici e trattamenti da provare . Soggiorno suggerito di almeno 10 gg

Struttura bellissima, accoglienza familiare da parte di tutto lo staff, cucina deliziosa, trattamenti ayurvedici eccezionali, luogo ideale per meditare, praticare yoga e rilassarsi sul bordo piscina .

Già dal primo impatto, mi è piaciuto subito, inoltrato in un villaggio tranquillo, per chi ama il silenzio e la pace è perfetto, io sono capitato nella settimana della festa, il personale molto attenzioso, voto 100, le camere pulite e il cibo delizioso e sano, complimenti!!!

Great place to reconnect with yourself, slow down and re energise! Amazing sea view, superb service and Ayurveda treatments. Cudos for Dr Baiju, masseurs, chef, Shameen, Sonya, Vipin, Jayakaran and of course for the yoga master! They take excellent care of their guest and you feel very welcomed all the time so one can really rejuvenate here. I highly recommend this place and I will be back!

Wonderful place. Yoga classes and Ayurvedic treatments were extremely beneficial; the food is so healthy and delicious; the staff is very nice and always ready to help. I strongly recommend. Last but not least, the location is breathtaking.

We were lovely welcomed and the heartness was evident throughout our entire stay. All employees work with love. All our wishes have been fulfilled. We enjoyed every moment from early in the morning the yoga lessons, all delicious dishes, the cleanness in the entire resort, the care for each plant, the intensive care & support while the Ayurveda treatment by the physician & therapists. And every single day we got support protection & security from the security men, the front office including the General Manager. We felt home far away from home!

My husband, one of my best friends, and myself just completed a 21 day retreat at this beautiful Ayurveda retreat center. The staff here is outstanding. The massage therapist were skilled and gentle. The retreat center itself is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are very well-maintained with abundant plant life. Every morning you wake up to the sounds of all different kinds of animals, and it is such a delight to enjoy the wildlife sounds. The rooms are large, attractive, and very comfortable. The food is delicious and is prepared specifically for you and your digestion. We also enjoyed practicing yoga with a very talented yoga teacher in the mornings. We had an absolutely delightful experience, and highly recommend Ananda Lakshmi Ayurveda retreat center to anyone and everyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing, but very health centered retreat. The stay at Ananda Lakshmi Ayurvedic Centre during this Ayurvedic cure was absolutely wonderful. The services provided were of superior quality, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, always taking great care of each participant in our group. The meals were excellent, and the yoga classes were top-notch. Overall, the team was incredibly kind and attentive.On behalf of Padma Yoga Center, we highly recommend Ananda Lakshmi Ayurvedic Centre for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and exceptional Ayurvedic experience.
