Hotel in zona Kionsom Baptis Retret Centre, Kota Kinabalu

Our fv places, cheap, clean and all staff is good and nice ❤️, every going to KK just stay this hotel, soo comfortable also parking is free,

Il centro di KK City è a soli 30-40 minuti da Highland. Il resort ha splendide viste di città e montagna (incluso Mt Kinabalu se il cielo è chiaro). Le camere e il menu F&B sono molto basilari. Non c'è piscina o spa. Il resort dispone di strutture adeguate per eventi di piccole o medie dimensioni. Il resort è buono per le coppie o per quelli che si stanno incastrando per un posto tranquillo, pulito e tranquillo per scappare.

I've read lots of reviews about this resort before booking a stay. All i can say is I'm very satisfied with the service. The room is clean & bathroom too. They provide everything, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, towels..only a floor towel is missing. But when i requested for it, it was quickly delivered to our room. We parked our car at the side of the roads, just like everyone did, but we couldn't find a big rock to choke the back wheel (cos we see everyone did it cos the road is steep). So, we tried to ask one of the staff at the restaurant to help us to find a rock for our car, even though we're not confident that our request will be heard cos all the staffs were very busy at that time. But to our suprise, when we checked our car not too long after, they already put the rocks there. The food at the restaurant was delicious & i think the prices are reasonable. At night, we really enjoyed the view from our room. You can see the whole city & the night lights view is amazing. We don't mind the bugs cos yea we expected them as the resort is near to nature. In fact our kids enjoyed looking at the nite creatures especially the fireflies. Surprisingly, there's no mosquito at all. The breakfast was simple, there were fried noodles, fried rice, fried eggs, sausage, baked beans, bread & toaster provided, coffee & tea. The fried noodle was tasty. When we arrived for breakfast, some of the food were finished but was quickly replenished. So, all i wanna say is please give this place a try. Some of the reviews are not agreeable for me. The staffs are really trying their best. If you need anything, please just ask from them & don't just simply give bad review when u didn't get what you didn't ask.

i love the environment of the hotel and also the minimalist industrial theme of the hotels..especially the sunset view at Skydex rooftop. but some amnities at the hotel only provided upons request by customer.

La stanza è semplicemente ok.. l'ambiente è anche ok.. solo uno è sgradevole.. è stato informato al fratello di hotel y gentile.. spero ci sia un cambiamento per bene insieme.. 😊 Mi dispiace, la foto non ha nulla a che fare..

Vale il tuo denaro e il tuo tempo. La vista era magnifica. Ho la cucina per cucinare e la stanza così grande e accogliente. Sicuramente ripeterà di nuovo. Il cibo è anche bello e conveniente.

This is the first and the last time we check in this Inn. Obviously can hear loud noise from outside from the room. Staffs voice are horrendously loud, howling laughing like no body business when it's already late at night. Played loud music until late night. Room are not sound proof, you can practically hear people conversation from outside and people walking around upstairs. Unless you can bear with all these by all means you can check in here.

Le camere erano pulite, molto confortevoli, e il personale era sorprendente. Hanno passato e andato oltre per aiutare a rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole. Ho fortemente raccomandato questo hotel per chiunque visitasse kota kinabalu. Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato, dal desk front, tecnico al personale di pulizia erano felici e ansiosi di aiutare! Grazie! Raccomanderò ai miei colleghi e amici e parenti.

Great & clean budget hotel. Location is strategic & convenient as the mall is just next door. Hotel has own a limited private parking spot for guests, so first come first basis. Staff is friendly & helpful. Hotel room were fairly clean, provided most basics. Pros: Hot shower 24 hrs. Mounted compact hair dryer in the toilet function well & strong blower. Towels & pillow bedsheets very clean. Cons: Pillows is hard foam type. Wish the hotel could give another softer pillow option in the room. There is no mini fridge. Room given not meant for queen bed. As a result, truly bad fengshui. it was a very odd position for head bed rest as you can see our head were right under the lamp sharp pointed down & exposed to plug points which is hazardous. Please fix this problem as its not suitable. Verdict: Will definitely book again by request for a proper queen bedroom with the right headspace.
