Il check-in e il check-out sono stati veloci. La maggior parte del personale è cordiale e disponibile. Vorrei avere la possibilità di selezionare la stanza, ma la stanza che è stata preparata in precedenza da loro non ha avuto problemi. C'erano 4 ascensori ma solo 1 funzionava. Quindi, sii paziente. An excellent stay again. Reception are friendly and helpful. Room are extremely Clean. I love my room. Important thing is this hotel room toilet using WATER SPRAY (MUSLIM FRIENDLY). This hotel is attached to shopping mall. Convenient. Many eateries too. Breakfast have many choices to fill your empty stomach. This restaurant coffee are excellent. ONE IMPROVEMENT NEEDED : Hope they will consider serving fruits too during breakfast.

Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere deluxe. Uno della stanza aveva un letto a rotelle, mentre in quella stanza erano 3 persone. Le camere sono spaziose e piacevolmente preparate. Una grande sedia rossa era bella nella stanza. La vista del fiume è bella.

Hotel situato nel centro di Kota Kinabalu. Grande luogo per soggiornare a prezzi accessibili.

Location is excellent just right in front the sea and the main jetty to islands. Resort has in house tram to send guests to their next door club house building. We got a room balcony with golf course view plus can see airplanes fly over for landing, very relaxing.

Spacious room can fit my family it comes with 2 queen beds (3 adults + 2kids). Only one aircond but there was a hanging fan too. Old furniture and it would be better if renovate this apartment into modern looks. U have to pay parking rm3/parking and if U go out at the same day, U have to pay again for rm3. From the parking lot, U need to steps stairs then U ll find a lift lobby huh not recommended with bulky luggage.

Nice to stay here and easy going to bank... Anak-anak sangat suka bilik tu. Booking for my family and they enjoy stay there.

Buona per un breve soggiorno, pulizia è 50/50..the sedia a toilette è un po 'smutato e nessun shampoo o sapone fornito nel bagno, la stanza è ok.L'unica cosa che valore è privacy, posizione, camera, servizio di personale e pulizia ...per questo hotel potrei dire che è ok, E' stato un posto di aspettare sul pavimento, e io mi sento lì aspettando che il mio cibo venga consegnato, invece di stare fuori.

Good location and good service, but wifi seems low connection. Room is clean and comfortable. It is better if the price can lower bit. Will come again next time.
