The sunset view from the balcony was very nice and beautiful ,just the room very smelly

What’s a pity the seaside was under construction. But the whole place looks really great. Will visit again soon! Here some advices for better experience during stay: 1. Please do maintenance for “drain block up issue”regularly.🧐 2. Should notice the area under construction before customer checking in. 3. Set an intercom for better services.

Borneo Beach Villa & Suites in Kota Kinabalu was excellent! Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and stunning sunset views from the pool. Highly recommend!

The place perfect for families with kids. Pool beach the best. Have water filter,, rice cooker. Food bring/cook yourself..or u can go nearest cafe [BBV cafe]... but bathroom ada bau lipas 😮💨

The hotel is really old, so different from the photos. Room are so dirty living room is all sandy, the sink and bath tub look like not clean, have many stain. At the small room the bed 2 of my friends got allergies probably bcs of the dust. Even when we called the room service they just changed towel and bed sheet, didn't clean the floor or toilet. We rented 2 room 1 room has microwave 1 room not. And how come a 3star hotel DONT HAVE WIFI?!!Add on RM40 for breakfast but the food is poor, not many selection, with that price in Sabah you have so many good and nice option. Come here for the private beach as well but its not nice also. So pls don't come here

Villa need to improved and any many aspects please improved immediately.

Very satisfied with this trip to BBV ... above all I give them 4 star overall for villa guess staff facility and location...

Amazing views!! They try to clean but it could be better. Amenities need to be upgraded. Everything is old. But the views are just magical. Staff is friendly and helpful. There’s no WiFi. - I hope they can improve on this too. Tv die have international channels..

I booked 1 bedroom sea view spa suite apartment. It was located on the 5 floors. I brought one toodler, how scary it is. But worry not, the balcony got grill and sliding door glass. Very comfortable, and foods is good. Eventho pricey. The is basic kitchen utensil, can cook.

Just nice but we got the room that already cannot open the door near at swimming pool but its okey maybe for safety first and by the way make sure after this change the time for check in because we felt so fast when time for check out at 11am and check in at 3pm

We stayed at spa suites (2 rooms) for a night, spacious room with sea view. Breakfast was included in our stay, not much choices but still very good 👍Overall we enjoyed our stay here at Borneo Beach Villas
