Era il viaggio organizzato lo scorso anno per festeggiare i 25 anni di matrimonio che, per un lutto in famiglia, abbiamo rimandato a quest’anno confermando la nostra scelta allo stesso albergo. Chiamarlo ALBERGO è molto riduttivo ma anche Hotel non gli si addice, è una lussuosa location che meriterebbe più delle sue 5 stelle oltre che per la bellezza, raffinatezza e accortezza nei particolari è come stare a casa, coccolati e serviti in ogni nostro desiderio. È praticamente impossibile trovargli un difetto. Elegante e raffinato; pulizia indiscutibile, passavano 2 volte al giorno per le pulizie con eventuali cambi di asciugamani oltre alla sera per sistemare le coperte con aggiunta di biglietto della buona notte con cioccolatino e pantofole. Per l’anniversario dei 25 anni abbiamo trovato un mazzo di fiori in camera ed una cena raffinatissima a lume di candela nell’albergo. Nonostante non avessimo detto nulla sono stati attenti ad ogni piccolo particolare come notare anche il giorno del mio compleanno durante la registrazione dei documenti facendomi trovare nel pomeriggio in camera una bottiglia di prosecco in ghiaccio con frutta e crema. Inutile dire che si dormiva divinamente, su un letto ultra comodissimo e con aria condizionata eccellente. Un attenzione, unita a simpatia e dolcezza, dimostrata da tutto il personale. Voglio ricordare il sorriso che distingue la dolcissima Semina e la professionalità della bellissima Alessandra oltre e non ultimo l’impeccabile Giannis. Con le lacrime agli occhi ci siamo salutati con tutti loro dicendoci arrivederci perché abbiamo già “confermato” la nostra presenza per il prossimo anno. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are so modern. Food is great and staff are lovely and accommodating. The hotel is so central and only a 10min walk to the Old Town. Loads of restaurants and bars close by - will definitely be returning.

From the start of our stay, we truly had a 5-star experience. From the food to the staff, everything here at this hotel was amazing. The hotel is situated away from the main town of Kos which for us was lovely as the beach / hotel was quiet and you are away from all the noise. However, to get to Kos town you will either have to walk (30-40 minutes) or take the bus (it is right outside the hotel and its €1.50 one way). You can also take a taxi but as we enjoyed the walk, we ended up walking most nights. The restaurant here is amazing, verging on Michelin star. Would definitely recommend trying the brunch menu! The breakfast buffet was stocked very well, with lots of variety for everyone. The gym is somewhat well-equipped, not for your avid gym goes but equipped enough to have a good workout. There is a proper gym a 10-15 minute walk away if you really needed one but the one at the hotel does the job. The staff restock water, Powerade and towels everyday in the gym fridge so you can enjoy your workout. The spa was amazing, We booked a 75-minute Candlelight massage (definitely try it) and it was very relaxing, the staff in the spa are respectful and kind. The spa facilities are well equipped with a sauna, steam room and spa pool. The stars of the show and what makes this hotel so worth is the attentiveness and kindness of the staff. They truly look after you and try make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible. They give lots of recommendations (what restaurants to eat at in town and places to see) and provide lots of helpful information. We enquired on how to travel to Zia at the reception with a lovely lady and she gave us a bus timetable and when we came back in the evening we were greeted by another receptionist asking how our trip to Zia was. It took us by surprise as we had not encountered the second receptionist earlier. This truly showed us the attentiveness of the staff and how they go out of their way to make you feel so welcome. If we could rate this hotel higher than 5 stars we would. Thank you for having us and we will be back next year.
