Ritengo che la struttura nel Complesso risulta sufficiente il Personale e’ sicuramente carino e Cortese ma non ho trovato una particolare attenzione alle camere a noi e’ stato fatto un cambio camera in quanto la prima assegnata era sporca maleoderante, quadri storti, muri e monili macchiati. Ma il maggior disagio(contrariamente a quello che scrivono su varie recensioni) e’ la Rumorisita’di sera dovuta alla Frequentazione( almeno ad agosto) di gruppi di ragazze ( esclusivamente donne) di nazionalità presumibilmente inglese/ olandese o tedesca che urlano, bevono al bar , ridono a squarciagola e fanno molto rumore anche in orari non consoni ad un residence/ apartment, in ogni Luogo esistono degli orari in cui si predilige il silenzio per lasciar riposare in una zona delocalizzata dal centro dove dovrebbe vigere la tranquillità ma di sera non vige questa cosa anzi.. per cui non lo consiglierei a persone , famiglie e coppie che vivono una vacanza al di fuori di queste abitudini malsane non idonee a qualsiase struttura che si rispetti

Sicuramente la posizione centrale dell'hotel è eccellente, al pari della colazione (con una nota, che si seguito individuerò) , nonché della camera ampia e funzionale. L'albergo si presenta davvero molto bene. Quanto all'affaccio, però, occorre stare attenti a non generalizzare. Avevo una camera al primo piano, con un bell'albero frondoso (anzi, poi ho scoperto che erano due ravvicinati) di fronte, e soprattutto, di sotto, a piombo, c'era la zona bar: rumorosa e brutta da vedersi, soprattutto per la presenza di un'orribile tenda. Quanto alla privacy, poi, era assai limitata, proprio perchè gli avventori della zona-ristorazione potevano tranquillamente vedere dentro la camera, soprattutto nelle ore serali. L'affaccio dal terrazzo della camera è ottimo, ma si ha la sensazione di stare dentro al bar. Se non si tiene la porta-finestra chiusa, il rumore esterno la sera diventa insopportabile. Le camere da evitare sono quelle del primo piano; le camere consigliate sono quelle all'ultimo piano. Nulla da dire, poi, quanto all'esauriente offerta del cibo a colazione, ma credo che un hotel a quattro stelle dovrebbe prevedere qualche succo in più (ce ne sono due), il libero accesso all'acqua (ne portano i camerieri un bicchiere) e soprattutto non offrire come uniche bevande calde il the' o il caffè all'americana allungatissimo. La zona relax all'esterno è assolutamente risicata (ci sono sei-sette postazioni in tutto), ed oppressa dai due bar (accessibili dall'esterno), su cui si è maggiormente investito.

We stayed for 7 nights all inclusive. The resort is beautiful with well mantained gardens, very clean grounds, lovely pools with plenty of space and lovely staff. Shout out to the lady who welcomes you to the main restaurant each mealtime, she has a beaming smile and is so friendly. The food was good, apart from not always being kept hot which I did tell them about. Lot's of variety and for a change you can use the Tavern on the Blue which is the poolside restaurant where they cook fresh Gyro's. It is well worth paying extra for a sea view room. We were on the 3rd floor in the main building and the view was amazing, looking over the pools, gardens and beach and right across to Kos Town and Turkey. The room is traditional style, very clean and spacious, not a modern box. The resort is ideally situated on the outskirts of Kos Town, it takes 25 mins to walk to the sea front, and a further 5 minutes 'ish' to the old town which I recommend. The old town feels very greek in comparison to the front which is a typical tourist area. Walk up the narrow shopping street to the square at the top where you will find some lovely little shops and great restaurants. The colourful restaurant called Zorbas Family (Eat Greek) in the square is great, it's been open since 1986. Overall, it was a great holiday to Atlantis and we will visit again next time we visit Kos. Thank you.

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. We arrive around midnight and we greeted by Steve, who could not have been more pleasant and welcoming. All other staff really friendly and helpful too. Hotel spotless, rooms cleaned 6 days a week, reception and dining areas also spotless. 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk to harbour, shops & restaurants. Katerina boat trip was excellent. Free bus from nearby hotel to Lido waterpark - excellent service. The locals in Kos town could not have been more friendly towards us. Perfect holiday. Thanks Imperial!

Sono stata al Kipriotis Maris suites con il mio fidanzato è ci siamo trovati benissimo! Lo staff è super carino e gentile!! Ogni sera c’è sempre un’attività bellissima da fare! Ci torneremo sicuramente! La cucina è molto buona e i baristi oltre ad essere bravissimi sono anche molto simpatici! Grazie a Varvara per essere stata super gentile e divertente e grazie ai ragazzi Sotos e Trifon per averci regalato tante belle serate e risate!! Grazie a tutto lo staff!!!! ❤️

Partendo dal punto di forza, sicuramente la posizione, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e dal porto! Impareggiabile! La nostra camera era davvero grande e con una splendida vista sul porto, purtroppo però presenta qualche pecca...come ad esempio l'insonorizzazione praticamente inesistente (ad ogni ora si sente chi arriva e chi va, causa sicuramente anche della maleducazione dei clienti che non si curano degli orari). Area condizionata super rumorosa, del quale però non si può fare a meno visto il caldo incessante. Colazione, dolente, molto dolente: proposta di succhi di frutta inesistente, solo 1 tipo, proposta dolce con una o due ”scelte” al giorno, salato ok, ma non tutti lo mangiamo! Parcheggio non disponibile, o meglio, solo due di fronte l'hotel (inutile a dirsi che trovarli liberi è un terno a lotto), per fortuna che a 10 minuti a piedi ci sono dei parcheggi grandi e gratuiti. Nel complesso la mia esperienza è stata buona ma considerando il costo, secondo me si potrebbe o adattare al meglio i pochi servizi offerti al prezzo (e al fatto che è un 4 stelle), oppure abbassare un po il costo (soprattutto della colazione!).
