Il check-in era regolare e veloce. Mi sono scortato nella mia stanza. La stanza era ben progettata, pulita e la manutenzione della casa ha fatto un buon lavoro. L'hotel ha preso cura di una questione con le guanciate leggermente difettose. In generale, un buon soggiorno.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities.Overall, my stay at Taj City Centre New Town was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata.

L'hotel ha 300 yards di storia. Ogni angolo è un capolavoro. La posizione è molto conveniente, molto vicino alle negozi e alla strada principale. Le strutture sono un po' stanche e la doccia è più vecchia. Le foglie sono grigie. Il colazione è delizioso e abbastanza varietà. La roba è utile e amichevole. Il comfort è a Kolkata.

Personale di servizio molto strano e utile. Situazione molto centrale. Acqua calda 24 ore. Aria con camere senza finestre insufficienti (aggiornamento è stato proposto al check in contro il prezzo). Tutto in generale consigliabile per il prezzo e per un breve soggiorno (siamo stati 3 notti lì) consigliabile. Per un soggiorno più lungo, preferiremmo pagare più per un migliore attrezzatura.

We are a group of 6 from hyderabad, stayed for 5 days. Really a good stay at the hotel.. Rooms neat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We also interacted with the hotel owner a few times. Extremely nice and helpful person. He also guided us regarding a few things about Kolkata. Food is good. And the place is a 5 min walk from BiswaBangla Convention center. Totally recommed it. PS: Before I booked the hotel, I read some reviews which said that the area around the hotel is not well developed... which is true. But the advantage is ZERO air/noise pollution and lots & lots of fresh air.
