Balgownie Estate Yarra Valley is a lovely place to stay, surrounded by a beautiful vineyard. There’s a walking path that leads up to a scenic viewpoint, offering a stunning view of the vineyard, and you can even see cows up close if you are lucky. The room was cozy and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. However, the air conditioning unit was a bit of a downside—it was blowing out dust and positioned right above the bed, which wasn’t ideal. A little more maintenance on that would improve the experience. The hotel eventually helped us to change to a new room which did not have any problem. Overall, it’s a great place for a peaceful getaway in the Yarra Valley, with gorgeous scenery and a tranquil atmosphere.

I had an overnight stay with my partner. It was a last minute booking and the staff were so friendly and helpful with the booking and late check in as I had accidentally booked the wrong date! Management were so gracious about it and moved my booking to the following day where it was meant to be! Upon arrival both the girls I had spoken to over the phone with the mix up remembered speaking to me. They asked if we were hungry and suggested the Eden Thai restaurant on site. Although it was about to close, to the kitchen prepared our meal and on our request put the food in a takeaway container ready to pick up at the counter so we could have a swim and a spa before the pool area closed. The room was perfect, very clean and just what was needed at short notice. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. This is the second stay here and we will definitely be coming back again. Breakfast the next morning was excellent with plenty of variety. 5 🌟

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

L'hotel era un ultimo minuto di prenotazione e le recensioni mi hanno fatto rimanere qui piuttosto che un altro hotel. L'hotel è in una buona posizione e una bella zona. Camere pulite e spaziose e buona qualità dello shampoo e lavanderia corporea. Avremmo voluto usare le fonti calde e presumere che fossero parte delle strutture dell'hotel, ma devono essere prenotati in anticipo, che è deludente. In generale, consiglierei questo hotel ma fare in modo che le fonti calde siano prenotate.

Very bad experience, we have been forced to pay extra for my son to stay and changed to a room that is totally different to what we have booked. We have rang the hotel and confirmed the room we booked can accomodate for 2 adult and one chd with no extra cost as long as we are happy that there will only be one king bed. But the night before check in, everything was changed. We were told we have to pay extra $100 for my son to stay and at check in on the day, we hace forced to change to another room which is totally different to what I booked originally. All they said ia apologise for any inconvenience. Both Trip.com and the hotel did not take any responsibility for this matter. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The check in and check out process is very smooth. The staffs are really friendly and accomodating when you ask for more information on early check in ( before 3pm). They have car park spaces available for guests in the underground car park and outside on the street as well. The tram is 4 minutes walk from the hotel - this line runs to the city and very high frequent. The bed sheet and towel are clean but they wont have bathroom amenties like toothbrush and toothpaste. The view of my room is also good and good sound proof

We booked two rooms—one was a standard room without a kitchen, while the other included a kitchen and a seating area. Both rooms were accessible through a shared entryway, which also had a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This setup was convenient as each couple could enjoy their own private space while gathering in one place to cook and share meals. The expansive lawn visible from the living room was often visited by large parrots, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Although the facilities showed some signs of aging and were not as pristine as new, they were well-maintained and fully functional. The washer and dryer were very convenient, and the bathroom featured a jacuzzi-style bathtub, which was a great addition. I loved the open view created by the glass doors on both sides of the living room.

Molto consiglia, veniamo qui molto spesso solo per andare avanti tutto quando possiamo. Perfetta posizione, spiaggia è direttamente opposto, diversi ristoranti vicino, tra cui Portea/Sorrento solo una cortina di cortile. Le camere sono molto pulite, con piscina (non riscaldata), così tranquille intorno a questo che è anche rilassante.

Le strutture interne sono pronte, e c'è un microonde elettrico che può essere usato come cibo semplice.Ci sono lavastoviglie per lavare i bagni per gli ospiti.Purtroppo, è difficile sentire gli ospiti della camera vicina parlare. Fortunatamente, gli ospiti si sono intimati e non hanno causato rumore.

Mi piace l'edificio, è un edificio storico, ma non c'è personale. A volte devo aspettare il personale. A parte questo, mi piace la stanza. Il hardware è grande, ma il problema del software ha causato un errore generale.
