服務一般 應對速度比較慢 需要不斷催促。門卡打不開催了半天才幫忙解決，雖然態度是可以的，但工作效率不高。另外床單的清潔度需要提升。

Each and everything was just superb awsome. Food room service staffs behaviour everything was very good. I will always visit to this hotel everytime i go to kolkata. This time it was my first visit and i had a very ggod experience. Special that swimming pool area.

Pretty forgettable experience starting with check in at reception midst noise levels and chaotic as in a night club. Would never go back there ever. even if it were for free! Room furniture, carpets and accessories like ironing table had seen better days. Definitely not suited for families. Saving grace: Its location in Park Street right next to great restaurants. And they had a great breakfast buffet.

Wonderful stay in the park Kolkata.I am quite satisfied with The park hotel staff behaviour.very good room service and cleaning staff.Very good environment in this hotel.The park hotel breakfast is very good.Food quality and taste is awesome.

The staff was quite polite and cooperative. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was a lovely hotel at Parkstreet area. I recommend if anyone who is visiting Kolkata for the stay at the place. The food was good, the staff for helpful, and they were available at all times.

Good staying, excellent hospitality aishwarya was great front desk is excellent great and excellent very good food was also delicious. Stay was great c/out was good takrn by manpreet.. Diya from reception very frndly.. Enjoyed the stay, will vome back again

Fantastic stay with the park hotel front desk was extremely helpful, Aishwarya Pratham Madhumita very very good I will surely recommend this hotel to everyone excellent service and hospitable staffing overall my entire stay was outstanding

Very good stay with the park hotel, it's located in Very good central area, the staffs are great specially restaurant and reception. Reception staffs helped me a lot. Hotel is very classy I went to us consulate which is very near to the hotel. Overall great stay i will definitely come back
