Eravamo già stati 8 anni fa e siamo tornati. Molto bello,pulito,personale accogliente e gentile. Ampia camera vista mare. Paesaggio spettacolare. Nel nostro periodo era possibile fare il bagno solo il pomeriggio. È a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla cristallo bay e mezz'ora da lamai,ma meglio avere motorino o macchina. Comodi anche i ristoranti nella via la Nonna e Rostiland. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Come suggerimento direi solo di aggiornare sdraio e ombrelloni in piscina e di mettere più dolci e frutta a colazione.

Hotel molto bello e molto curato. Bellissimo il giardino sempre pulito e curato dal personale. Piscina abbastanza grande, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia. Contesto scenografico bellissimo! Stanza molto grande e super confortevole. Letto comodissimo. Belli i terrazzi dotati di poltrone. Abbiamo dormito diverse notti con la finestra aperta e ci siamo addormentati col rumore del mare. Un grazie infinito a tutti il personale, veramente delizioso. Le ragazze sono state tutte sempre carina, una in particolare è stata gentilissima, cordiale e attenta a tutte le nostre richieste. Anche la cucina ci è piaciuta molto. Un grazie a tutto lo staff!

This Hotel is fantastic. The main reason, as per previous reviews, are the amazing hard working and joyous staff. From house keeping, reception, ground and restaurant staff. Everyone works tirelessly to make your stay as special as possible. We couldn't fault the service and each member of staff takes time out to speak to guests with genuine warmth and friendliness. The location being right on the beach is amazing. The sea is clear and protected by an off shore reef. This means that whilst the rest of Lamai may have strong waves. The sea here is far calmer. The food Is plentiful and reasonable priced. The gardens are well cared for and the wifi is the best we've had in Thailand. In short we're really sad to be leaving but can highly recommend this hotel for couples or families looking for comfortable, clean and friendly accommodation.

All good. Exceptional staff. Special thanks to Pupea and the Trainee (sorry can't remember the name) who were most helpful. The breakfast ladies all three of them. Also Mimi keeping the lawn area tidy. We will always have very fond memories of our stay🙏. We look forward to seeing you all again very soon. Thiara

We loved our stay at Palm Coco Mantra. The staff were amazing and above and beyond with their helpfulness. We loved the room, it had a fantastic balcony overlooking the sea. There was a beach but we didn't get a chance to use it. There was a reef someway out, so the water off the beach was always calm and very shallow. We chose not to eat at the hotel and instead went to Lamai Beach to eat.

We loved this place from the moment we arrived. Staff are fabulous and genuinely friendly and helpful Orn was always happy on the front desk and assisted us with travel, advice, issues and scooter hire. Staff in the restaurant were great as well as cleaners. Thanks also to Bow. The whole place has a lovely atmosphere. The hotel is right on the sea with lovely views. You can walk all the way to Lamai town on low tide. Canoes are available free which we really enjoyed. The sea is calm and flat because of an offshore reef. We met a few long staying and repeat guests which says a lot about the place. Only very minor negative comment is that hotel should control reservation of pool seats. Sometimes there was nobody at the pool and no seats available because of reservations using towels. Very frustrating and inconsiderate. Be aware that the hotel is a little distance from Lamai town but there are a couple of restaurants within a reasonable walk. However Tuk tuks are cheap and we hired scooters which are also cheap at 200 baht a day. Well be back.!!

Very cosy boutique hotel. Lots of attention from staff. It's small, but the breakfast and dinner area outside is very cute. The breakfast and dinner area opens out into a very lovely bay, where it is very nice to swim, Safe and peaceful. Convenience store is about 10 minutes walk away. Some might not like location which is off a main road and a bit dark at night

I dont think i have meet more kind and sweet people. The staff is so helpfull, so kind and would do anything for you. They have helped us so much, did approximatly 10 calls for us, because we didnt know where to get some informations, organised us a drive to port and booked us speed boat to Koh Tao. We rented a scooter from them and got flat tire and they didnt complicated at all and said that it is okay and that they will fix it. If i will ever come to Kho Samui again, I will for sure go back to Palm Coco Mantra.
