We would like to inform you and all customers who are interested in booking or staying at our hotel....please understand..booking a fan room gets a fan....not booking a fan room. But stealing and using the air conditioner without notifying the hotel first. Stealing is considered a very serious offense. The hotel's punishment steps are as follows: 1. The room rate will be doubled. 2. Invited to leave the hotel immediately. 3. Be prosecuted under Thai law. In your case, the hotel chose to keep the key deposit of only 500 baht. But you did not agree and threatened the hotel that if the 500 baht deposit is not returned.....you will write a negative review. We would like to emphasize again that the hotel has a policy of not welcoming tourists who steal. This is taking advantage of the hotel and taking advantage of Thailand, our home.
