Очень отзывчивый персонал отеля, помогали решить любые вопросы. Пару раз возникали проблемы с вайфаем, как я поняла, у них это частая история. Душ закрытый, плохо проветриваемый, в остальном все хорошо.

Awful place and definitely not ad advertised. Dreadful welcome at reception-very unprofessional. Ants in the room,no safe,no TV and no working lock on the door. I would say this is just about good enough for a backpacker but I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

По минимальной цены я получил всё выше ожиданий. Чистые номера и помещения в отеле. Быстрый интернет. Всё работает как часы, и вода и техника. Бесшумный кондиционер, ночью не дует на кровать, и можно спать всю ночь. Завтраки превосходные, европейские. Натуральный сок, ананасовый или мандариновый, не порошковый типа Зуко. Яичница или омлет, овощи для сендвича, беконы и колбаса, сосиски. Джемы и масло, Кофе и чай. Постель меняют каждый день, просил не менять, я дома раз в месяц меняю - не грязнуля, а тут хотят перестелить каждый день. Полотенце очень плотное, тяжёлое, такую плотность выдавали в премиум сегменте), а тут бюджетный отель и видно, что не скряги. Шампуни и мыло. Вода в холодильнике в стекле,и на стойке регистрации в пластике бесплатно. Мебель деревянная, добротная, с претензией на антиквариат. Розетки и техника жёлтые, но справляются на 100 процентов, не хватает пузатого телевизора для полноты интерьера. Водонагреватель например, на вид 20 лет, но работает лучше чем новые, вода горячая из под него. Милые коты и котята, мама цветная кошка, папа светлый кот и черные дети), явно мама нагуляла. Светлому песочного цвета коту, надо бы к ветеринару, опухли щёчки, как гланды воспалились, или кость куриная в зубах застряла и гной собрался в мешочек. Семья котов такая же добрая как семья хозяев, домашние и культурные. Тут тихо, постояльцы спокойные. Слышно цикад и птиц, из окна бассейн и с другой стороны джунгли. В номере ящерки гекон токи, иногда чирикают, проблем с комарами нет, они их со стекла ловят и едят). Байк самый дешёвый снять у отеля на дороге, девушка отдает дешевле чем по острову. Пляж лучший на самуи называется так же как отель, проходить через дорогу и территорию отеля Fair house. Вход в море хороший напротив Sheraton отеля (через него не пройти до дороги, ходить через соседние отели) там охрана гоняет, чтоб прохожие не портили дорогой отдых постояльцев. За эти деньги отличный сервис и расположение. 7/11 под боком. Доставка еды foodpanda привозит сюда ужин за 20 минут.

Everything about this accommodation is wrong. It is neither a resort nor a hotel. It is situated at the back of a **** shop on an uphill gravel road strewn with potholes in what seems to be converted offices of shops with some extra bungalows built on. Taxis refuse to enter and you’re dropped of on the busy main road with all your luggage, having to lug it uphill and in the process ruin your suitcase wheels. The pictures are misleading and creates the impression of a beach front resort - the photographer deserves an award. The entrance indicates that you have arrived at law offices. Inside, the knotty pine ceiling grooves are stringed with what looks like pearls but in fact are little round balls of spider egg sacks. The kitchen is behind the full glass façade of a law office, with lettering on the window and all. We were immediately put off and asked to see the rooms before we checked in. The host was immediately put off with our request but did allow us. Our rooms were not what we booked at all. We informed the host of our grievances: • We asked for single beds, both rooms were double. • The furniture seems to be a mix of whatever is left at garage sales – no matching night stands, chipping paint, wonky side tables. The same goes for the electrical equipment - the hairdryer's wiring in particular. • The rooms smelled like old sweat. • The linen was clearly not changed since the previous guests – besides being full of slept-in wrinkles and smelling like sweat, we found hair and hair pins in our bed. • The curtains had moth egg sacks on. • There were no night lights. • There was no coffee kettle. When asked for one, we were given a leaky one. • The empty space underneath “villas”, on stilts, are used as rubbish dumps – it is filled with garbage, empty bottles, even a used condom. • The patio table seems not to have been cleaned in years – there is black mold between the glass top and the table surface. • The bathrooms don’t have hot water. When asked for hot water, the staff had to fiddle for what seemed like hours to get the little geyser-thingy working. • The TV only has pay-per-view channels. • The bar fridge has a stock list on the door indicating it is full of items, yet it only has two bottles of water inside. Be sure to report this to the host immediately if you don’t want to be charged for all the missing items. • There is not complimentary coffee or tea. • The rooms are full of bugs. We all left covered in bites. • The rooms are noisy with flimsy walls. Our rooms were located a meter from where trucks and cars park, with noise all night as vehicles come and go and shine their lights into your eyes. There is no free parking as there is no parking really, only an empty space next to the “resort”. • The guests seem to stay here for particular reasons only. Walls are like paper, wild children and a rooster that does not shut up from 4am till 5:30pm, ( not the owners children, they were very sweet) family run business that live in the premises, the bathroom was something else! Constant swimming pool in the bathroom with a wooden slat door, rooms were not ‘cleaned’ until around 3pm

Very poor accommodation. Rooms are dated very old. No shampoo or body wash. Had to wait till 430pm to check in. One star is really more than I would give. For the price not value for money. Definitely not 4 star. I have nothing positive to stay.
