Slechtste ervaring OOIT – en we zijn er niet eens geraakt! ⭐ 0/10 (en dat is nog te veel) Als dit resort één ding bewijst, is het dat je klantenservice kunt herdefiniëren… op de slechtst mogelijke manier. We boekten een nacht in Koh Phaluay Eco Resort, maar door voedselvergiftiging lag ik letterlijk voor dood in bed. Ons reisschema volledig om zeep. Wat doe je dan? Je probeert contact op te nemen om te annuleren of op z’n minst iets te regelen. We stuurden meerdere berichten. Hoeveel antwoord kregen we? NUL. Radiostilte. Complete ghosting. Tot… twee dagen later. “We regelen een taxi om jullie op te halen.” Serieus? Twee dagen na ons eerste bericht?! Alsof wij daar nog zin in hebben terwijl ik stervend boven een toilet hang. Daarna opnieuw geprobeerd contact te krijgen. Raad eens? Genegeerd. Wéér. Als dit al de manier is waarop ze met gasten omgaan vóórdat je arriveert, dan wil ik niet eens weten hoe het eraan toe gaat als je daar bent. Misschien moet je een SOS-fakkel meenemen, want antwoorden op vragen zit er duidelijk niet in. Conclusie: Dit resort is niet eco, niet vriendelijk, en zeker niet klantgericht. Eerder: Eco-Ghost Resort. Bespaar jezelf de ellende en boek ergens anders.
