Very helpful staff… they were able to help me arrange for hassle free transportation… amnesties in the bathroom were a bit rundown but it seems to be the norm here on the island

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in uno splendido bungalow fronte mare con vista spettacolare! La camera, anche se forse necessitava di qualche piccolo rimodernamento (condizionatore vecchio, ma funzionante, bagno un po’ scomodo con doccia aperta e pochi appendini) si presentava ordinata, comoda e provvista di tutto: ci sono stati forniti asciugamani, accappatoio e ciabatte, venivano riforniti biscotti e acqua quotidianamente e all’arrivo ci è stato dato un piatto di frutta fresca. Dalla nostra camera al ristorante e alla piscina c’erano alcuni gradini da fare in salita, ma per noi non è stato un problema. La colazione veniva fornita, à la carte, tutte le mattine a partire dalle 8 con diverse proposte sia dolci che salate. Tutte davvero buonissime! Dalle 16 alle 19 veniva invece proposto l’happy hour con cocktails a prezzo scontato. Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante per cena e ci siamo trovati splendidamente! Tutto ottimo! Infine, abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di noleggio scooter direttamente in hotel per muoversi sull’isola e raggiungere il centro il 3 minuti. Il personale è sempre stato attento e puntuale. Super consigliato! Avremmo voluto rimanere di più! Grazie di tutto!

Bellissimo resort a Koh Pangan. Siamo stati benissimo con la stanza meravigliosa in legno e un balcone che si affacciava sul mare. Un posto veramente incantevole. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e ci hanno fatto trovare anche della frutta come benvenuto. Il tramonto dalla piscina è spettacolare come la vista. Se capiterà di tornare a Koh Pangan mi farebbe assolutamente piacere tornare qui. Inoltre la posizione è ottima. Consigliatissimo

We had a wonderful stay at Zama Resort! It is a beautiful resort with great breakfast and food and a nice pool to relax. When we left something important in the hotel room after leaving the island, the owner of the hotel went out of her way to contact me and discuss how to best deliver it to me. I am very thankful for that and would like to highlight the friendly and familiar a**osphere.

This resort was perfect. The location was great, right on the beach. The staff were incredible. Their attention to detail was amazing and they were always one step ahead of us with anything we needed. Would highly recommend eating at the restaurant too. The food is delicious and service amazing. I regret I did not her her name, but the woman on the front desk was truly amazing.

The hotel and a**osphere was nice. The bungalow itself was quite nice, but sound insulation was lousy. The partial sea view was a joke because there are palm leaves hiding the view. In the hotel area there are many steps between the bungalows and the restaurant and pool area. Steps are higher than European standard.
Service in the restaurant was very good and food was tasty and reasonable prices! Also breakfast was extremely good, you can order what you like.
It's possible to walk to the Secret Beach, but there are few steep hills between. Haad Yao beach can be easily reached by taxi just waving it in the street of the hotel (400 baths for 2 persons one way).

Fab views and lovely breakfast. Staff nice and friendly as always. The room was nice and quiet with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was really nice too. It was a shine we only stayed here for one night as we would have loved to stay longer. Very dark at night so bring a torch
