Отель находится немного в отдалении от цивилизации. К этому нужно быть готовым. Ближайший 7 eleven - в 20 минутах ходьбы. Для нас это не было проблемой . Мы останавливались на 2 дня и полностью провели их в отеле. Не хотелось никуда выходить. На первый взгляд все кажется немного устаревшим, но на территории такая классная релаксовая атмосфера, что через 5 мин об этом забываешь. Мы жили на чудесной Вилле с бассейном и видом на закат прям с балкона. Были включены завтраки и ужины. Еда была божественная. Персонал очень внимательный. Все знают на какой ты вилле живешь, какой кофе ты любишь и т.д. Это очень удивительно было. У отеля прекрасный пляж - правда во второй половине дня, т.к. в первой половине из за прилива - пляж уходит под воду. Но во второй половине дня он открывается и там очень классно гулять . Места очень живописные.

Went to the hotel for one night. The room are spacious and clean but the main issue of this hotel is most of the room apart from the beach front which are under renovation, are absolutely not isolated. You can see from your room and the mini pool the staff', Clients, dogs cats etc passing by.
No real beach front unfortunately. Nice sunset
So definitely not worth the price. I think better quality for the price in koh phangan
Also went to the spa "l 'occitane" and I do think it is really a joke. Small room with only some occitane products to sell. That 's was surprising...

Let’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.

We had a great stay at Kupu Kupu. It would be nice if the hotel could also offer complimentary water at the pool in the high temperatures. The pool was not cooled and the water was very very warm. Here and there the cleanliness could be better. It was a nice stay, but in the price category you can at least expect this. Thank you!

酒店環境很好，風景很美；
唯一的問題是比較原生態，早上會被鳥叫～屋頂行走的小動物吵醒。

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni per la nostra luna di miele in questo bellissimo resort. Siamo stati accolti in maniera fantastica da Andy e i suoi collaboratori che ci hanno trattato con il massimo riguardo. La camera era molto bella e l’atmosfera con la piscina esterna, guardando il tramonto, trasmetteva un senso di relax e tranquillità. La colazione e la cena, grazie alla simpatia e professionalità di Jojo, Pla e Bank e tutti gli altri, è stata meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato in maniera particolare la cena romantica.
