Hotel Family-friendly a Ko Yao Yai

Ritornerei in questo hotel. Tuttavia, ho sentito che c'erano un po' troppe persone quando siamo andati lì, e il servizio non era molto buono. Il ragazzo non è stato chiaro quando ho fatto il check-in. La casa non è stata pulita per due giorni. La torta di compleanno promessa è stata consegnata molto tardi, il che è stato un po' deludente. Spero che possa essere migliorato in futuro. La piscina e il panorama sono fantastici.

In generale, un buon soggiorno. Sembri uno dei migliori dell'isola. Se stai cercando una città davvero tranquilla con un sacco di sole e rilassamento, questo è. Il cibo di recinto lascia qualcosa da desiderare. Ci sono cibo molto meglio (e più economico) in pochi passi. La pulizia è in linea con quello che ho visto altrove in Thailandia. Tornerebbe indietro!

This property offers a tranquil environment in a beautiful location, ideal for nature lovers and anyone looking to relax. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We lucked into an upgraded room that was spacious and fabulous. Everything worked well, notably the showers (our villa had 1 indoor and 1 outdoor) had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. There is an excellent breakfast buffet as well as delicious cuisine for lunch and dinner. This hotel, unlike many, is not stagnant. It has been recently improved and they will continue to make upgrades over the next few years as we learned from the management. We will be back to enjoy this lovely venue again.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è bellissimo. È una gioia passeggiare sulla spiaggia di notte con la tua persona preferita. È tranquillo. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel è molto sottile e soffice. È molto comodo calpestarsi. La camera dell'hotel è pulito, ordinato e trasparente. Il personale è molto entusiasta e attento al servizio. Okay, perfetto! Grazie, ci vediamo la prossima volta che porterò la mia famiglia. 👍

We booked Honeymoon Suite with Spa Bath and paid approx. £260 for 4 nights. We chose all our hotels on our 60 night trip carefully, looking at various booking platforms and own site Web pages. We chose this hotel for its location to the beach and the room type because we wanted privacy and a spa bath! Check in was quick, the room wasn't ready (we were early) and we were directed to the beach and pool. The pool area is lovely. There are actually 2 pools, 1 near reception as part of the pool access rooms, we felt this pool was a bit awkward. The other pool had about 10 sunbeds and 4 under cover day beds. The pool always had beds available during our stay. The water was a nice temperature and the pool area was very sunny. The beach, like a lot in Thailand is tidal so sometimes it looks lovely, other times not! The beach area is part of the restaurant, tables & seats on the sand and deck chairs and bean bags to lounge on. This is an area the hotel could very easily make better. Half the area is underneath trees, shedding leaves constantly, but where the deck chairs / bean bags are are not. If this area was raked it would make it so much more appealing. Its covered in beach debris and is really quite unpleasant. The seating area has a really cool caravan bar, chilled music and really nice cocktails, if a little pricey at 250bt plus 17%! Service is slow but friendly. Food is OK, nothing special. You cannot charge the bar/restaurant to your room which is a nuisance meaning you have to take your wallet. We were told we could charge room service / massage to the room?! The room itself was quite disappointing. It wasn't private nor was it special! It's quite a small room with a sofa, bed and TV then thru to the bathroom. Shower with no curtain, toilet, sink and spa bath. This suite shares a large balcony, you walk past 1 suite to get to yours. The suites are connected and you can hear the people next door speaking, moving about and using the toilet! So assume they can hear you too! The TV had Netflix but it didn't work, even after 3 alleged visits from an engineer. One night we ordered room service, even though no menu available! We recieved a call telling us it was ready for collection, they do not deliver to the room! This did affect our enjoyment of the room. Most annoyingly was the spa bath not working. There are bath bombs for sale in the room 180bt. We came to fill the bath to find no hot water! So the Honeymoon Suite with Spa bath was a bit of a fraud really! No room service, no Netflix, no spa bath, no privacy! Nobody seemed to care about our stay, at check out nobody asked anything! We put some laundry in and was told it would be ready 5pm next day. We hadn't returned to hotel so went next morning, check out day, to collect it. It wasn't there! Because we didn't collect it a 5pm it went back to the laundry!! On the whole we thought the hotel was a little disappointing. Their website needs updating to reflect changes as we'd booked based on

Traffico 4 punti: un po'di disagio, dopo tutto, ci sono quattro navi al giorno fuori dall'isola. Fortunatamente siamo collegati al volo. Se il volo è tardi, potrebbe aspettare molto tempo. Le strutture ambientali sono cinque punti: 22 anni di apertura, 90 piani di base, peso medio, l'hotel non è molto lontano.L'acqua del mare non è molto blu, appartiene al tipo di spiaggia, ha caratteristiche locali di anima, le onde sono molto piccole, è possibile irrigare l'acqua. In base alla situazione dell'aumento e del ritiro, la spiaggia ha forme diverse, questo è un po'interessante. Il terzo punto intorno: mangiare intorno, tranne 1.3 chil chill ristorante, puoi chiamare il capo per essere trasferito gratuitamente. Se vuoi andare altrove, devi affittare una moto. Mangiare all'hotel, aprire il ristorante di buffet in autunno, la spiaggia ha un buon gusto, che è un prezzo leggermente costoso, e meglio avere uno sconto. Il servizio 5: è davvero molto entusiasta. Vi vediamo da dentro. È molto sorpreso che non siano stanchi di comunicare con voi. Quando si parla di colazione, il manager ha rilasciato direttamente il colazione a quattro bambini di età superiore e quattro notti. Impianti di attività 4 punti: non ci sono molte attività, il club dei bambini si chiude alle 18, non c'è quasi nessuna attività di notte, la speranza di migliorare. Infine, ringrazio Trip.com per la sua incoerenza con il contenuto del pasto e l'hotel. Dopo la comunicazione, la commissione ha dato 9 sconti e i risultati sono soddisfatti.
