Good .. clean

If I could give them 1 point I would have. The worst hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are super dirty. U just walk 2 steps barefoot and your feet are black. The service in the hotel is just nonexistent. I was charged half price for early check-in even though they had the room ready. They really like making money on foreigners but the quality is horrible. Stay away from this place. By the way when I decided to leave a day earlier they didn't even bother to get my money back. The territory is nice inside but it's not cleaned like ever. You can't even touch the wall as your hand goes dirty

Room was clean and tidy, the hotel itself is very pretty with European style decoration. Food in the restaurant tasted good. Overall great value for money

Hotelnya keren,lokasinya strategis,bersih tp sayang fasilitas kamr yg kurang ok, pertama kali datang ac tdk dingin,air tdk panas,sabun mandi sampai kosong,jd kita harus melapor n menggu untuk perbaikan baru menikmati kenyamanan.tlg untuk pihak hotel lebih memperhatikan itu sebelum tamu masuk kamar.terimakasih.

I booked for 1 night as I thought the hotel is indeed like a palace. My mistake for not checking any further whether there is easy access for wheelchair user. Though they are alll willing to assist my mother and pretty sure to all other guests, this hotel is not recommended if you are using wheelchair. The room is okay, but no hot water. Amenities given are toothbrush, toothpaste, 3 in one gel (body shower, shampoo, conditioner). Not many option for breakfast but still okay, though.
