Ni e hotel for family short vacation.connected to the mall which made easier to get many choices of food. Convinient for shopping.

L'hotel ha del potenziale, ma prevedo un crollo se non si prendono seriamente in considerazione i principali aspetti per gli ospiti. Sebbene la stanza sia accettabilmente comoda, questi fattori necessitano di seri miglioramenti: 1. Servizio: uno dei peggiori che abbiamo incontrato. Dal momento del check-in fino al check-out. 2. Ascensore: lunghi tempi di attesa, nessuna ventilazione, niente aria condizionata 3. Piscina: nessuno staff a disposizione. Nessun asciugamano disponibile. Sporco con cibo e spazzatura ovunque. 4. Ristorante: niente posate. Personale e chrf scontrosi e disattenti.

Questa è la mia terza visita a questo hotel. In precedenza, gli avrei dato quattro stelle, ma ora sembra più tre. La pulizia dell'hotel è peggiorata, con bagni sporchi e peli trovati nel frigo. È deludente vedere questi standard scendere. Durante i periodi di punta, come le vacanze, i check-out sono frenetici. Ho avuto un inconveniente quando la mia tessera della stanza è stata disattivata, impedendo l'accesso all'ascensore e non posso entrare nella mia stanza dopo aver nuotato con mio figlio. Il servizio clienti è stato efficiente nel riattivare la mia tessera, ma ha smorzato il mio umore. Le sorgenti termali sono buone, anche se richiedono un costo aggiuntivo. La colazione è solo accettabile, adeguata per i bambini. Nel complesso, considera se sei d'accordo con la pulizia prima di prenotare qui.

Servizio lento. Check-in in ritardo. Nessun personale nell'area piscina. Ho trovato una molla arrugginita lasciata nell'area piscina che avrebbe potuto ferire i bambini.

Room new and clean. Cozy stay when you out of town. Convenience nearby shopping mall.

Overall a good place to stay in Klang. There's shopping mall downstairs, and onsen available, however location a bit far from famous Bak Kut Teh places, tooks about 20-30mins to there. Other than that, the room arrangements not really satisfying, I have requested a non-corner room during booking, however the hotel instead still arrange a corner room for me, and we need to go down to lobby to request change room. The reassigned room have air conditioning issue, called the customer service, and technician came within 30 mins, quite efficient but attitude not really good, showing a black face unpolitely, and we need to stay at room to wait the technician to clean aircond, the aircond sticked with lot of dusts, making it sounds very noisy, the technician just take off those dust and it fell on the floor without cleaning it and just walk away. Room doesn't have sound proof, very noisy when there are kids running up floor.

Hotels look new, the room is very comfortable. There is a shopping mall adjacent to the hotel but there is nothing much to shop there, mostly an empty mall. Opposite the waterway, there are many eateries like Pizza Hut, Ayam Penyet, McD, Domino Pizza. The Onsen is chargeable even for hotel guests. Onsen is pretty small and nothing much facilities there.

We loved everything about KSL especially their SORA bar and ONSEN spa!!

All the facilities dekat sgt . Mall bwh saja boleh kluar masuk anytime. Dan hotel sgt bersih dan wangi . Will repeated soon ! ♥️

Everything is top notch: 1) kids swimming pool 2) cleanliness of the room 3) food spread 4) smooth check in & check out 5) parking free Mall attached to the hotel is a plus. Need to repeat for the onsen yayyy. Thank youuu

The best hotel ever yg i pernah stay! Parking hotel free..bilik bersih and lengkap everything..semua best la! Tapi tak ada rezeki nak pergi Onsen sebab x bawak swimming suit..huhu..sedihnya..next time boleh repeat klu rasa nak staycation lagi..thanks trip.com also sebab memudahkan booking process and bagi discount!

Conveniently located in KSL mall where we can shop and dine. Big room with complete basic amenities. I book because we have a sport event in KSL Esplanade mall.
