Clean n perfect

酒店房間view，直接步行去zero point 很近，餐廳早餐不錯。備品用的是芬蘭國民品牌lumene，拯救大幹皮。手肘塗一次管夠一天。餐廳早餐有種類似國內小時候帶着米排隊製作的爆米花小餅。有地下室內停車場，省去早起掃雪煩惱，停一晚收費20歐。出門商業街有很多餐廳和雪具商店。很便利。

桑拿房好，位置中心，旁邊公交超市都有，房間很大，1個衞浴間，－個廳房，20:30分後前台服務結束，要打掃衞生需要提前告之

住的房間不在大堂那一邊樓，要拖着很重的行李上坡，這一點很不方便，有位漂亮前台小姐姐幫助英文不好的我們在手機上購買巴士票，太感謝了

這間酒店是距離滑雪場最近的酒店，方便性和娛樂性很完善，服務人員及櫃檯人員也非常友善，下次還會再訂這間房。

房間很大很乾凈！早餐也很豐富，性價比真的很高 很喜歡😘有免費的桑拿 服務態度很好。

酒店整潔舒適，位置很方便，下樓就有很多吃喝的店鋪，滑雪場步行幾分鐘就可到達。酒店早餐種類比較少

到酒店後升級到桑拿房，房間挺乾淨

Davveti un bellissimo hotel molto molto pulito e in centro paese....personale davvero gentile e sauna TOP!!!! Comodo a tutti i servizi e vicino alle piste sciistiche... Stanze grandi e con tutti i comfort possibili....doccia e bagno molto grandi con shampoo profumatissimo, bagno schiuma e crema corpo....

Servizio nelle camere inesistente, non svuotano neppure i cestini dei rifiuti e siamo al terzo giorno, Suite al limite della decenza, si nota trattarsi di camere star usate e che necessitano di importanti rinnovi, ristorazione che lascia parecchio a desiderare,

Lovely hotel with a fabulous location and really friendly, helpful staff. We stayed for three nights mid December and understandably the hotel was bursting at the seams. However, check in was quick and efficient. We stayed in the orange block and the room was fine, it wasn't glamorous but the beds were comfy, everything was clean and there was space for storage. The room didn't get cleaned whilst we were there however I'm not sure if this is how things happen in Finland and it really wasn't a problem (although of course it's always nice when on holiday to have tie beds made and bathroom wiped over). Breakfast was chaos with the volume of people, hotel staff managed it well and the chaos was caused not by them but mainly by a lack of spacial awareness/ less than adequate manners of others. We aren't big breakfast people but the food was ok, our little boy was a fan of the pancakes so that was enough for me. We loved Levi and we loved the location of this hotel, the staff were really nice and we can't wait to return.

Most welcoming and lovely staff! You really feel welcome when you arrive and the employees are so kind and caring : ) Great for visiting with kids, separate playroom and couldn't be more central location. Levi slopes and services right on the doorstep.

Location is excellent at the heart of Levi skiing resort. For more active holiday not the most suitable one as it is kinda missing features for drying, wash, and easy storage. To be noted that rooms are scattered to three different buildings, however all at 50m distance so short walk even in cold winter weather:). Very nice breakfast included. Rooms seem to be spacious.
