when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was very unfriendly and not happy at all, giving us an unpleasant experience

Ok I saw a few bugs not a real big deal even thing else was ok

It was recently renovated. It and would have been great if they fixed the gaps in the doors that let bugs in the room.

I booked two queen beds but no room of that was available, but overall, the customer service was kind. Restaurant everywhere good location. Oh the one bed room is extra small but has no drawers to put your clothes in if you're traveling from out of town.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso aos parques (especialmente da Dianey) e outlets e as qualidades param por ai. De uma hospedagem de 13 noites só tivemos serviço de quarto duas vezes. Por duas vezes precisei me dirigir à recepção pedir toalhas limpas pois no ultimo serviço de quarto feito sequer substituíram as mesmas. Ainda quanto ao serviço de quarto, este se resumia em uma varrida rápida e arrumação da cama, nenhuma limpeza mais profunda, nem para recepcionar novos hospedes. A tv não funcionou nenhum dia, não há telefone no quarto, e dependendo o local onde se hospede a caminhada até a recepção é meio longa. A internet nos 5 primeiros dias também estava horrível. Precisa melhorar muito.
