Sto dando solo un 3/5 sul servizio perché quando siamo arrivati (dopo aver camminato vicino al cartello ”hotel più accogliente del Vermont”) ci è stato detto in modo impenitente e sfrontato dal giovane alla reception che ”avrebbero chiamato come un cortesia” ma la mia ”posizione non è arrivata attraverso il sistema di prenotazione” che non posso rimanere lì a meno che non abbiamo messo in quarantena 14 giorni senza fare la spesa o visitare con la famiglia o gli amici. Ha detto che la politica del Vermont è che se la tua contea ha più di (alcuni # non ricordo) casi attivi per milione, non puoi rimanere lì. (Non importa che la mia contea ha solo 130.000 persone / 52 casi attivi - quindi immagino che si moltiplichino per ottenere il numero per milione???) Avevo pagato in anticipo per questa stanza, quindi FORTUNA PER ME perché lavoro da casa e non ho vita sociale, sono riuscito a restare. E Rutland è ”Centrale” Vermont quindi è probabilmente almeno 45 minuti da qualsiasi confine di stato se hai bisogno di un nuovo hotel. Strutture: do un 2/5 e di nuovo, non sono sicuro che sia colpa di Trip.com o del Comfort Inn, ma NON c'è COLAZIONE a causa del covid. Se sei come me e includi la colazione nel costo di un hotel, questa sarebbe un'informazione utile. Sì, sapevo che probabilmente non avrebbero avuto un buffet, ma avrebbero potuto fare una piccola colazione al sacco o un coupon per McDonald's (accanto) o qualcosa per compensare il fatto che pubblicizzano qualcosa che non hanno. Anche la signora della reception il giorno 3 (check-out) è stata molto gentile. La connessione Wifi era di facile accesso. Lezione da questa visita: prenditi la responsabilità di CHIAMARE L'HOTEL prima di arrivare per scoprire i protocolli. Non scegliere l'opzione scegliamo l'hotel se ti interessano i servizi come la colazione e la piscina, perché non sarai in grado di scoprire cosa è disponibile prima di scoprire quale hotel hai.
